"We have never seen each other for two weeks, Amara."
Lucien took the chance to encircle his hands on my waist. I shook my head in disbelief as he became clingy today.
"Two weeks lang yon, Lucien." I almost rolled my eyes in disgust good thing I controlled myself. "You never acted that way when we hadn't seen each other for a month," I added.
That was when he never visited his shop for a month.
"You had no idea," he whispered softly in my ears.
But I could hardly understand because his lip was glued to my neck. His eyes pleaded wanting to be with me today but I have to work my ass out para makapag ipon ng malaki.
"I really wanted to hang out with you but I have a client today."
"Client?" his brows curled up.
I nodded in response and took my violin that was lying on my bed. "I'm having a violin session with Vile,"
His eyes dilated to mine. He looked like he was about to say something but it didn't come out of his mouth. It took him a few seconds to finally ask.
"You mean, Vile Miller?"
"Yes." I nodded again and fixed his messy hair.
I brushed it up using my fingers. He was tensed for a minute before smiling at me. I rolled my eyes at his reaction but I still found him manly. His smell was also suffocating my nose.
Why does he always smell like a fresh mint?
"Great, I'm going to visit a friend too." he convinced. If I am not mistaken the friend he was talking to was the guy who had a headband.
"Your excuse sucks, Lucien," I smirked at him.
In the end, we went together to the subdivision. He parked his car beside the other cars of Miller's house.
"Lucien!"
Deborah's mother was surprised to see him. She hugged him tightly before uttering a word. "It's been a long time, hijo. Mabuti at naisipan mong dumalaw."
"I've been busy in University Tita and I thought I could pay you a visit today." Lucien smiled back at her.
"Zedrick's is inside his room, gisingin mo nga 'yun at ang tagal lumabas ng kwarto." Lucien stared at me before marching on the second floor.
I sat on the opposite chair of Vile so we could see each other clearly. I took out my violin to its case and Vile looked at it with admiration.
But I am very much aware na mas maganda ang hawak niyang violin.
I asked her.
She stared somewhere and thought for a second. "Three,"
"Okay, let's start first with the twelve minor chords. We have here A minor, B minor, C minor, and so on. . ."
I taught her the placement of fingers to each chord. She was a first learner at hindi na kailangan ulit-ulitin ang sasabihin.
