Chapter 20: Summer Time

 
As a few weeks have finally passed, the school year is finally over, exams are out of the way, and Josh was excited about what to do for the summer with his friends.

  Cathy wanted to go to the beach sometime in the summer and Miranda wanted to sign up for more gigs to play her guitar sometime.

"Finally! No more school!" Miranda says excitedly as she heads down the front steps.

"What should we do in the summer?" Josh asked as he followed.

"There are many things to do! We should go to the beach sometime. That's a good idea." Cathy suggested.

"Yeah. Why not? But I need swimming trunks." Josh says.

"Don't worry. We will go to the mall, I do want to go get a new swimsuit just to tease." Cathy says.

"Who to tease?" Josh asked.

"You, dummy." Cathy answers as she ruffles his hair.

"You two have been closer in the last few months. Is there something I should know about?" Miranda asked suspiciously.

"Nope. Nothing at all." Cathay denies it.

   Ever since Cathy and Josh had that time together in bed, they decided to keep it to themselves since they didn't want to make a big deal about it. Miranda still wonders about it, but brushes it off. They see Kindle driving up to the pick up curb and get into the back, but Miranda took shotgun.

"Are you happy that school is over?" Kindle asked.

"Yep. Hey, if it's alright, can you drop us off at the mall real quick? We need to get some swimming gear later since we've been planning to go to the beach sometime later.

"Oh, planning for the summer already? Well, I'll drop you three there. Just make sure you come home safely tonight." Kindle says as she dropped him off at the Mall entrance.

"Don't worry sis, it will be alright." Cathy says as she takes Josh's hand and heads inside with Miranda.

  The Mall was kind of packed with many furs having fun buying, mingling and socializing with their friends. Josh and the girls went to a clothes store that was selling summer clothes, but had what they were looking for at a good fair price. Josh looked and found a pair of swimming trunks that he likes and they were the proper size.

   Cathy and Miranda were looking at some bikini swimsuits and Cathy wanted to tease him in a loving way that she found that caught her interest. It was a red colored bikini swimsuit and she went to the fitting rooms immediately to try it out. Miranda found one that is black colored and she wanted to try it out.

  Josh wondered where the girls were and noticed Miranda went to the fitting room. He sighed and tried to look at some new clothes that he wanted to buy later since he did need new clothes to wear. As he was browsing, he felt a large hand touching his Shoulder and noticed it was Coach Kelly.

"Hey Little Man." She says in a teasing way.

"Oh, Hey Coach Kelly." Josh says nervously.

"What are you doing here?" She asked curiously.

"Just getting some swimming trunks so I can go to the beach sometime with my friends." Josh answers.

"Are you thinking of getting some other clothes too? You do need some clothes instead of wearing the same old clothes that they gave you months ago." Kelly suggested.

"I wish, but I don't have much cash on me right now. I can only get what I'm looking for." Josh says with disappointment.

  "Don't worry about it champ. It's on me." Kelly says as she finds some shirts and pants that fit him.
