The bus finally arrived! I saw my two best friends Bailey and Lauryn already on. I walked to the back row. "hi" was what I said before sitting next to Lauryn. "hey girl" Lauryn and Bailey both chorused. "There's a back to school dance coming up" Lauryn nudged me while saying this. "gee sounds fun" I replied. "We should all get dates. Have a triple date." Lauryn suggested. "You go have fun. I probably have a meet or gymnastics thing" I replied. " I didn't even say the date or time. Oh, Marissa" Lauryn chuckled. "Bailey isn't Lauryn ridiculous?" I asked. "Actually sounds kinda fun. " define fun" I said. " girl, you need to let loose and enjoy yourself sometime" Bailey answered. " No one would ask me to the dance anyway" I stated. " You have so many guy friends" Bailey said.Before we could finish arguing, three boys came on the bus. " We each could have one" Lauryn cheekily stated. " Are you crazy? We dont even know them. They would just blow us off" I snapped. " Only one way to find out" Lauryn whispered before, they walked over. Just peachy!
