- Bailey's POV-

I saw Marissa walk to her homeroom class. She looked unsure about something. I think Austin is gonna flip her life around. She needs him, and he certainly needs her. I had finished putting things in my locker but, i opened it back up to grab my Language Arts books. I walked to my homeroom vlass in room 225. I waited outside the door. Carter, came from behind me. I spun around nearly falling forward. All my books slipped from my grip. I happened to have my swim team registration forms inside one of my books. "Wow. Your on swim team?" he asked. "Ya" I responded. "Me too" he said before smiling. "Looks like we will be seeing a lot of each other" I said. "I'd like that" Carter said. My heart flutered so, i instantly blushed. The door opened and we both took a seat in the back. After morning procedures, We heard the bell. We both walked out the door. I saw Marissa walking out alone sulking. Austin was following behind her but, She didn't notice. I waved bye to Carter before, running up to Marissa. "What happened?" I asked.  " I got called to the nurse's office. I'm worried but, I don't think I want to know alone. "I'm joining you besides, I am always here for you. Next time, wait outside my door and I will come with. She thanked me but, She said we need to hurry and go quick. My gaze traveled behind me. The three boys were sneaking behind us. I quitely giggled but, Marissa heard. She walked faster giving me a look. We finally, reached our destination. We sighned in and waited for the nurse. Marissa, was trembeling in her seat. See, this is why she needs Austin. Someone to hold her. Maybe, I need Carter. The nurse came before, I could finish my thought. " We need to talk" is all she said looking at Marissa. I saw the boys hinding behind the door peeking in. "You have been called to represnt team USA for an international event. I was thrilled for her but, why would the nurse tell her this?. Marissa had a confused look as well. "But, Your mom shows great concern for your ankle. Marissa had a sad look on her face. "So, I agreed every day to give you medicine and treat it. But, you need someone to look after you." She stated. "I will take care of eveything" I volunteered. "Great but, I also need her to have a guy to travel around with her. Incase she falls, a guy can help her with their muscular bodies. " We have three guy friends who could" I said. She agreed and we left. haha, the three guys were outside the door. They were pretending to ponder.
