Chapter 14: Dilemma

Tobio caught her off guard; she had never intended to return to volleyball. "Are you crazy? Do you think I am capable of teaching you guys?" Aeris exclaimed.

"You have more experience and you're the most talented player I know." Tobio insisted.

"You know that I'm banned from the court, right?" Aeris said, frustration evident in her voice.

"Yeah, but that doesn't mean you can't teach," Tobio countered.

"Yeah, if you're good, why not teach us? We've been struggling, no offense," Hinata chimed in.

Aeris contemplated, looking at the Karasuno team, their faces full of hope. "I don't know if I could coach you. I am not experienced enough," she said hesitantly.

"You've been awarded MVP, Rookie of the Year, Best Outside Hitter, Best Spiker, and so on. You're experienced enough," Tobio argued.

Aeris wanted to argue back but couldn't find the words. 

"Wow! Aeris-san, you received all of that?" Hinata asked, eyes wide with admiration.

"If so, why not? I'll trust your judgment," Tanaka said, and the rest of the team nodded in agreement.

Aeris sighed, feeling the weight of their expectations. "Okay, I'll be your coach, but on one condition. I will start coaching you after Aoba Johsai," Aeris declared.

"Why?" Tobio asked, puzzled.

Aeris smirked, "Because I want to see if you can handle them on your own first. It'll show me how much you really need my help."

They said yes.

"Okay, before anything, I want you all to introduce yourselves," Aeris said.

They introduced themselves one by one.

"I am Kageyama Aeris, a second-year student, and I am 18. I used to go to Takenodai," Aeris said.

"You went to Takenodai?" Hinata exclaimed, eyes wide with surprise.

"Why are you here?" Daichi asked, puzzled."And she's older than me" he muttered

"Well, like I said, I'm banned," Aeris explained.

They all looked at her in shock.

"Moving along, I'm very strict with practice. I'll teach some strategies and drills that I've learned and taught at Takenodai," Aeris continued.

The team buzzed with excitement, especially Hinata, who was practically bouncing on his toes.

"Great! We can't wait to learn from you, Aeris-san!" Hinata said enthusiastically.
