Halloween Special

Late at night, Aeris, Yacchi, Kiyoko, Kaori, Yukie, and Kamiko, the six exhausted managers returned to their room after a long day of meetings and discussions. They were all ready to rest their weary bodies and minds. But as they settled in, Kaori, suddenly spoke up.

"You know, this place used to be a peaceful village," Kaori began, her voice carrying an air of mystery. "There were sprawling corn fields, majestic mountains, and a tight-knit community. But they used to call it the 'Death Village'."

Aeris, the skeptic of the group, chuckled and asked, "Do you really believe all that, Kaori?"

Kaori raised an eyebrow and replied, "Don't you? Who wants to listen"

Surprisingly, all the other managers raised their hands, indicating their interest in hearing the tale. Aeris shrugged and warned them, "Well, I have a feeling this story will give you all nightmares."

Yukie, teasingly, chimed in, "Are you scared, Aeris-chan?"

Aeris smirked and retorted, "Me? Scared? Nah, I just don't want to have a bad dream tonight."

Kamiko, the mischievous one, beckoned Aeris, saying, "Come on, Aerisuu, don't be a spoilsport. This will be fun!"

Aeris hesitated for a moment but finally agreed, thinking to herself, "Okay, let's see what kind of spooky story Kaori has in store for us."

Gathering around in a circle, the managers waited eagerly for Kaori to begin. But just as Kaori opened her mouth to speak, Aeris found herself drifting off to sleep. Before she succumbed to slumber.

Hours later, Aeris was abruptly awakened by a blood-curdling scream. Disoriented, she rubbed her eyes and tried to make sense of her surroundings. 'Was it just a nightmare?' she wondered, trying to calm her racing heart.

But the silence that followed was interrupted by yet another piercing scream, echoing through the still night. Aeris's instincts kicked in, and she decided she couldn't ignore the cries of distress. Filled with a mix of worry and curiosity, she shook Yukie awake.

"Yukie, someone is screaming outside," Aeris whispered urgently, her voice filled with concern.

Yukie groaned and muttered, "There's no one outside, Aeris. Go back to bed. It's probably just your imagination running wild. We're all tired."

Still skeptical, but unable to ignore the urgency in her gut, Aeris sighed and reluctantly opened the window to investigate. She peered into the darkness, her senses heightened.

For a few minutes, there was nothing but silence, making her doubt her earlier perception. 'Maybe I was just dreaming,'she thought.

Just as she was about to climb back into bed, she heard it again—a bone-chilling scream that made her blood run cold. Her heart raced, and a wave of unease washed over her.

In the midst of the night, Kaya was gazing into the darkness outside, her mind preoccupied. Suddenly, her attention was drawn to the sight of a figure sprinting, as if someone was chasing them. 

Panicking, she immediately grabbed her phone and started waking everyone up. "Everyone, wake up! Someone's chasing someone! Wake up, everyone!" Yukie, still groggy, asked, "Aeris, what's happening?" 

Aeris urgently responded, "Wake everybody up!" Before anyone could fully comprehend the situation, she dashed out of the room, using her phone's flashlight to illuminate the dark surroundings. She was determined to find out what was happening. 

Kaya moved in the direction of the fleeing figure, her heart pounding with each step. She continued to flash her light around, trying to locate the person being pursued. Then, she let out another scream as she saw a pair of human feet descending from above. She immediately started running for her life, terrified by the unexpected and dangerous turn of events.
