•••"Order for #35," the lady at the counter announced. Aeris perked up and said, "Oh, that's mine." Her classmates glanced at her in surprise.
"You're ordering again? Aren't you full?" Reiko asked, raising an eyebrow.
Aeris grinned and replied, "Oh no, it's for the boys." She swiftly walked up to the counter, grabbed her order, and returned to her friends.
"Let's go," Aeris offered, and the group of friends made their way outside. They had been hanging out at McDonald's, chatting about girl stuff and other things. Aeris had quickly become part of their friend group, adopted after just a day or so.
"Hey, isn't there a new coach for our school's volleyball team?" Saeko asked, her eyes wide with curiosity.
Aeris nodded "Yeah, they do have a new coach."
Reika chimed in, "And why are you still with them? I thought you were done with volleyball."
Aeris paused for a moment, contemplating the question. "Well, it's not like that. I'm just helping Kiyoko manage the team," she explained, referring to the team's new manager.
"Kiyoko?" Ari asked, intrigued by the name.
Koharu, always full of creativity, added with a mischievous smile, "Oh, Kiyoko-san, their manager. She's the prettiest manager they have ever had!"Aeris and her friends went on their way talking about Nekoma practice match

Aeris entered the gym, carrying a paper bag filled with mouthwatering hamburgers from McDonald's. The aroma filled the air, catching the attention of Tobio, Hinata, Nishinoya, and Tanaka. Their eyes widened, and they glanced at each other with excitement before turning to Aeris.
"HAMBURGER!" they cried out in unison, their voices echoing throughout the gym. Like a pack of hungry wolves, they sprinted towards Aeris, desperate for a taste of the delicious fast food. But Aeris had a trick up her sleeve.
With a swift motion, she held up her hand, commanding them to stop. She had trained these boys well, and they immediately halted in their tracks. Aeris handed each of them a hamburger, a grin spreading across her face as she watched their delighted expressions.
As the boys munched away happily, Aeris made her way around the rest of the team, distributing hamburgers to everyone. The burgers disappeared quickly, devoured by the hungry athletes. Daichi, the captain, turned to Kaya with gratitude in his eyes.
"Thanks for buying these, Aeris-chan" he said, his voice warm with appreciation.
Kaya shrugged, brushing off the gratitude casually. "As always," she replied, her tone nonchalant.
Feeling a bit weary, Kaya took a seat beside Coach Ukai, offering him a hamburger. The coach shook his head, declining her offer.
"You don't have to buy me one, Nanachan," he said.Kaya scoffed, rolling her eyes playfully. "You're welcome, Coach. Consider it a treat."
Just then, Aeris approached the group, curiosity gleaming in her eyes. "Hey, what are you guys doing here? Is there a secret meeting or something?" she joked, observing Hinata, Asahi, Nishinoya, and Tanaka forming a circle.
Tanaka, always the enthusiastic one, held up a sports magazine. "Check this out!."
Aeris took the magazine from the coffee table and flipped through its glossy pages, her eyes scanning the various articles and pictures. As she turned a page, she paused and saw a group photo of a volleyball team. A smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she recognized a few familiar faces.
"Oh, I know him! This guy is from Shiratorizawa," she exclaimed, pointing at one of the players. The mention of Shiratorizawa instantly caught the attention of Hinata, who was sitting nearby.
"Shiratorizawa! That's the school Kageyama couldn't get into!" Hinata blurted out, unable to contain his excitement. Tobio, who was sitting beside him, quickly shot him a look.
"Shut up, Hinata," Tobio muttered, feeling a mix of embarrassment and annoyance. Aeris couldn't help but laugh at the interaction.
"Well, volleyball-wise, there's no doubt Tobio could get in, but maybe not brain-wise," she teased, causing everyone to burst into laughter. The comment made Tobio's cheeks turn a deep shade of red.
Curiosity filled Asahi's eyes as he approached Aeris. "How do you know them, Aeris-chan?" he asked, genuinely interested.
Aeris shrugged, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "What do you mean? Come on, guys! I've been to nationals. I've seen top players every year, and Takenodai boy's volleyball team even played against Shiratorizawa. They're good, very good."
Hinata's eyes widened with newfound admiration. "Really?" he exclaimed, his voice filled with awe.
Tanaka, as always, couldn't resist adding his own input. "Among the most notable players this year, one of them is Shiratorizawa's Ushikawa," he declared proudly.
Aeris nodded, mentally noting the name. "Ah, Ushikawa," she repeated quietly to herself, committing it to memory.
Hinata leaned in, his curiosity getting the better of him. "How strong is this guy?" he asked, his voice filled with anticipation.
"He's strong, Hinata. His height, his power, it's all perfect. He's an ace," Daichi explained, casting a quick glance at Asahi, knowing well the impact the idea of facing such a formidable opponent may have on him.Asahi's eyes widened with a mix of fear and determination. "What?!" he exclaimed, feeling the weight of the challenge that lay ahead.
Hinata, undeterred by the daunting task, spoke up with unwavering confidence. "If we beat Nekoma, then we'll go against Shiratorizawa," he proclaimed, his voice filled with determination.
Aeris chimed in, her words laced with a sense of both caution and excitement. "Yeah, but if you beat Nekoma, you'll have to face many other prominent volleyball teams like Takenodai, Datekou-Gyuo, Wakutani-Minami, Aobajousai, and many more," she said, her creativity shining through.
