Before opening the door, Kai sighed, preparing himself for complete surprise.
One...two...three...
The door is open, but there is no one nearby, only a long underground corridor that smells of dampness and is ready to collapse at one moment from one careless movement. On the right side, the ninja noticed that there was a light ahead and decided to go there. And the closer he came to the exit, the more audible someone’s voices became. Having come very close, Kai heard a familiar voice...
- They couldn't have gone far. So Kai is somewhere nearby.
It was Nya.
Kai wanted to rush towards her, but someone grabbed him from behind and put his hand over his mouth. Kai struggled with all his might, but the man in black dragged the ninja deeper and deeper into this underground tunnel. In a panic, Kai threw the fireball towards the exit, hoping that it could somehow help him attract attention.

- Look! What was it? - Nya suddenly pointed to something under the bridge, - Did you see that?
- What did you see? - Jay asked.
- I don’t know... it’s like some kind of red light from below.
- I didn’t see anything, - Cole was not puzzled by what Nya said.
- Red light? - Lloyd asked again, - Are you sure you saw it?
- Do you think I've gone completely crazy? - Nya tried to see what was under the bridge.
- No, no, just asking, -  Lloyd said.
- Don’t tell me that we have to go down there, - Jay made a sad face, hoping to dissuade his friends from going under the bridge.
- It's already so dark. Do you think we should go there? It’s unlikely we’ll find something there,- Cole didn’t want that either.
- We’ll go there, - Nya finally decided, causing Jay to make an irritated sound.
- Okay, we’ll just go have a look and that’s it, - Lloyd became the first to go down under the bridge, -I don’t see anything. Does anyone have a flashlight?
- I have a built-in flashlight, - Zane said and illuminated the area a little.
- It seems we came here in vain, there’s nothing here, - Jay was about to return, but Cole noticed something.

- I saw the same one recently in a horror movie,-  Jay said,- Do you want a spoiler? At the end of this movie, everyone was killed, except for one guy, who immediately left when he realized that something was wrong. It seems I will be this guy. Bye.
- Jay, what if there’s something important there? Or someone... - Nya herself didn’t really want to go into this tunnel, but for some reason she was drawn there.

They walked for  to a door, and then entered a small dark room that looked like a cave. Zane still continued to play the role of a flashlight, and only thanks to him it was possible to see anything at all.
- Where are we? - Cole looked at the new place until he felt the door slam behind him and a small wind swept along his back.
- You said you know where Kai is, - Nya raised her tone, - So where is he?
- Nya, your brother is here, - the stranger in black pointed to the corner where Kai sat unconscious, leaning on the wall, - If you want to pick him up, then go to him yourself, without your friends.
- It is a trap! - Lloyd stopped her.
- I told you it was a bad idea, - Jay muttered, - I repeat, we are doomed.
- Okay, I’ll come, - Nya said and turned to the black ninja, who winked at her.
- Nya actually went to her brother, looking at the enemy. And only she had to take a couple of steps when a guy in black ran towards her with Kai’s sword in his hands. But Cole managed to react and, with the help of his element, which is associated with the earth, was able to throw the enemy far away. And while this bastard was coming to his senses, Lloyd and Zane were able to neutralize him.
- Kai, Kai, can you hear me? - Nya tried to wake up her brother. - What did he do to him?
- I don’t envy him, - Jay threw Kai over his back and went to the exit, everyone followed him, taking the man in black with them. Cole knocked down the door.
- Omg...Kai, - Nya sighed, watching the blue ninja get him into the car.
So all the ninjas went to Ninjago City to take the criminal to prison, and then returned to the temple...

nine o'clock in the morning - the time when almost all the ninjas woke up and went to Ignacia to pick up their cars from there, which they left when they attacked the village. But only Lloyd and Kai remained at home. The green ninja has also wake up for a long time, but the red ninja has not yet wake up. Lloyd sometimes came into his room to check if his friend was awake and if he was okay after the recent incident. Although Lloyd suffered too, he still cared much more about Kai than about himself.
The green ninja made himself some coffee and calmly drank it in the kitchen, calculating the time when the others should return home.
- Lloyd?
In the doorway he saw the fire master and smiled at him.
- Lloyd, what's going on? - Kai was worried about something.
- What are you talking about?
- Why are we at home? Where is everyone else? - the red ninja looked at his bandaged hands, - So it wasn’t a dream.
- Wait, Kai, - Lloyd poured tea for his friend, -Have a seat.

- The rest went to the village of Ignacia to get the cars.

Then voices and the stomping of feet were heard, which meant that the rest of the ninja had finally returned. Lloyd and Kai went to meet them.
- Kai woke up? - Cole was the first to notice.
- Yes, but he not got enough sleep, - Lloyd grinned,-Did you take the cars?
- Yes, but someone stole my figurine from the glove box! - Jay was indignant.
- No, Jay, you left her at home,- Nya said and looked at her brother as if she wanted to say something, but nothing came to mind.
- Well... maybe some tea? - Lloyd suggested and headed back to the kitchen.
- I don’t mind, - Cole said.
- When were you against food? - The blue ninja laughed kindly, walking with Cole after Lloyd.
- Never.
-I would be glad to cook something,- Zane also left, leaving his brother and sister alone.
- Kai, can I say to you something? - Nya said quietly.
- Mmm... okay.
- So much has happened lately. I wanted to ask why you didn't tell me about all this before?
- What?

Kai and Nya went into the kitchen and sat down at the table.
- Nya, my figurine was not stolen! It was on my shelf, - Jay said happily.

- And here the pizza has arrived, - Cole brought the pizza that he ordered recently and turned on the TV, they were showing news about how the ninjas caught a gang of men in black, which had been robbing villages for several years. Everything is as Cole wanted to do in one of the previous chapters. Friends were finally able to relax and spend time together....they should always be together, because they are more than just a team, they are a family...
