Welcome to Daylight! (Based on the song Daylight by David Kushner)
This is my first attempt at a Harry Potter story so take that with a grain of salt. I'm absolutely in love with Mattheo Riddle and the story I have created for him. I have made him a bit different than in other stories I have read with him in it.
This story starts in Year 4 and follows Madison 'Maddi' Diggory and her Slytherin friends in their 4th year at Hogwarts. When a new student arrives to kick off his 4th year and breaks Maddi's 'No Boys' streak of the years, it is important to note that Maddi and her friends are in the same year as the Golden Trio.
I plan to write this over the course of year 4-7 and then an epilogue to conclude it. This will all take place in the course of ONE book.
There will however be new 'Casts' for each year to add in important characters and take out the less important characters.
IMPORTANT: There will be some chapters that have triggering topics, this is your formal warning. I don't always add Trigger Warnings but I will do my best to add some type of warning. On that note, this is a mature piece, there will be topics of the following mentioned: Alcohol, Assault, Bullying, Death, Depression, Drugs, Sexual Scenarios, Suicidal Actions, and Suicidal Thoughts. If you can't handle these topics, I mean this as nicely as possible, this story will NOT be for you.
