______________________________________Recap: For the Vanguard. Juliana-10 would join them to defeat Oryx but not for the Vanguard but for her team and the people of the Last City, and she would manage to convince Helton, another surviving member to join as well. The fireteam would be sent to the Throne World as Ikora’s agents search for Khan, the last member.
As for the Lightblade, he would rescue a Hive Lieutenant before retreating into a deep cave system somewhere in the Miasma. The Lucent King grows more powerful as he bestows new titles to his council and from the tithes of slain Hive Lightbearers, he would also begin to grow more angry at the thought of meeting the fireteam who killed him once before…
______________________________________[Miasma Cave System | Savathûn’s Throne World]
Alak-Hul would stand guard looking at one of the few tunnels leading into where the resistance against the Lucent King would operate. The Lightblade hears the footsteps of Ti-Luk approaching, with its ghost revealing himself to Alak.
“How are we going to even fight Oryx? From the things we heard, he’s growing more powerful with tithes!” Ti-Luk’s ghost questioned before responding towards the Lightblade’s silence, “Forget it, I'm going to make contact with any surviving members-”
Though the ghost would be interrupted by the Lightblade’s voice, “Don’t.”
“Excuse me?”
Alak-Hul responded with his thoughts, “The network has been compromised,” he would walk his way towards the new home for the Hive Lieutenants in hiding. His presence causes Kel-Uk and other Hive Lightbearers to bring their attention towards him.
Alak-Hul would send out his orders, “From now on, we communicate through our voice. The traitorous Council can have their ghosts listen to us if we are to continue using the network,” The Lightblade would continue walking around the cavern, ducking under the rocky ceiling as he spoke, “We are to secure this cavern before we can start our counter attack.”
The Hive Lieutenants would nod their heads before walking towards the Lightblade for their new assignments. Ti-Luk would watch as Alak-Hul proceeded to ignore the stares of the Hive guardians as he seemed to focus more on the bandelier around his torso before giving out his orders.
The Hive Lieutenant would watch as his fellow Hive Lightbearers began to move throughout the many tunnels in the cavern, making sure to secure it for the Loyal Lucent Brood. Though his ghosts would get annoyed due to the Lightblade ignoring his question from before, transmitting himself out and flying to the helm of Alak-Hul, Ti-Luk’s ghost would question him once again, “How can you possibly avenge the Witch Queen thanks to the false King?!?”
Alak-Hul would glare at Ti-Luk’s ghost, the Hive ghost losing his confidence as a result. Ti-Luk’s ghost would be snatched by the hand of the Lightblade, then Alak-Hul would speak to the, “Come.”
Ti-Luk would follow the Lightblade, while ignoring his ghosts trying to get back to him for protection. The Hive Lieutenant falled under the category of Hive Lightbearers who would be more controlled by their fanactical ghosts. Alak-Hul would soon enter another tunnel within the cavern, making sure that no one followed the pair before throwing the ghost back at Ti-Luk.
The Hive Lightbearer would catch his ghost who immediately transmitted himself inside his mind. The Lightblade would stare at the guardian before pulling off the bandelier that was attached to his chest, revealing the key to defeat Oryx.
