Jimin's POV

"Hyung, are you sure about this? You can get hurt!", Jungkook worriedly told me.
"I don't care, ok?! I would rather get hurt just to save her than lose her!", I told him.
"Hyung.. please take care of yourself!", he told me.
"I will!", I told him.

We immediately left my house as I immediately started driving away. Hold on, Seulgi! I'm coming to save you! I thought to myself as I couldn't help but overthink.

"Hyung, everything will be alright! And Seulgi noona will be ok!", Jungkook told me with reassurance.
"Thanks Jungkook!", I told him.
"Please do everything you can to save her!", he said.
"I will! I'm never gonna lose her for the second time around!", I said.

Even if it's still not proven that she's my childhood friend, I already had a feeling that she was the woman whom I've been looking for ever since I came back to Seoul. I'm never gonna lose you again! I thought to myself.

Seulgi's POV

The moment I woke up, I couldn't help but wince in pain, because of the pain I'm feeling in my stomach. I don't want to vomit blood again. I thought to myself as I continued to caress my stomach 'til a woman, who looked like she's in her mid-40s came inside the room.

"Who are you?!", I asked her with a glare.
"Eat darling!", she said as she placed a tray of food and a bottle of water beside me on the couch.
"No thanks! I'm not gonna take the risk of getting poisoned by your food!", I told her.
"Don't worry, I didn't put anything in it! And you need lots of energy, since it's already afternoon!", she told me.

Why is she doing this?! Shouldn't she be helping her boss right now? I confusingly thought to myself as I just ate the food, since I was starving ever since I woke up.

"Why are you doing this to me? What if your boss finds out that you were secretly helping me? What if he'll kill you?", I asked her as I drank the bottle of water.
"I'm Jimin's aunt, and I was the one sending you and Jimin those warning messages.", she said.
"What?! So it was you all this time? Then how come you didn't do anything to help us so we could put your husband in jail or even tried reporting to the authorities about your husband's crimes?!", I said.
"I'm sorry for being a coward, Seulgi! I'm sorry that I couldn't do anything to help you! I'm scared that my husband will come after all of us once I report what he did! He was very hungry for money and power, that's why he killed his brother and your father, because Jimin's grandfather didn't leave enough inheritance for him!", she said.
"All because of money?!", I said.
"Yeah! And because of him, your friendship with Jimin was broken!", she said.
"Please help me! Help me get out of here!", I said.
"Don't worry, I will! But I have to go now, since my husband and Jisoo are about to comeback! Just act like nothing happened once they arrive back!", she told me.
"I will!", I said as she left the room.

The moment she got out of the room, I immediately grabbed all of my remaining strength to get up and started to find something or anything that I can use or break so I could get out of this place immediately, but then, Jisoo suddenly entered.

"Going somewhere?!", she said.
"Jisoo please! Just let me out of here!", I said as I begged.
"Why would I free the woman that Jimin loves so much?! Because of you, Jimin couldn't love me!", she said.
"You know, there might be a million reasons why Jimin couldn't love you in return, but all I gotta say is that.. you're slowly becoming a lunatic!", I told her as she slapped me.
"Tie her up now!", she said as her henchmen immediately started tying me up.
