Author's POV

"Doc, that's strange! Her vitals are continuously improving and yet, she hadn't woken up from coma yet. Why is that?", Jimin asked the doctor.
"Well, it really depends on how the body of a comatosed patient responds to the recovery process but.. as for Dr. Kang's case, her vitals are continually improving, so there's a high chance that she'll wake up sooner than we think!", he told him.
"Oh, I see! Doc, please update me or any of my friends immediately if she had already woken up from coma!", Jimin said.
"Don't worry, Dr. Park! Our nurses and doctors that are assigned to look after Dr. Kang are always keeping an eye on her, so that the moment she wakes up, we'll update you immediately about it!", the doctor told him.
"Thank you so much, Doc!", Jimin said as he bowed.
"Thank you so much for your time, Dr. Park!", the doctor said as he bowed and left the room.

Although it's weekend today, some of Jimin's friends from certain surgical specialties and those that are in residency like Jungkook and Yerim, have a schedule today, so that'll only leave him, Hoseok, Taehyung, and Sooyoung to take care and look after Seulgi. For now, it was only him, Hoseok, Taehyung, and Joohyun inside the room, while Sooyoung went back home to grab some things for a while.

"Babe, I'll just go to the cafeteria and buy some coffee and food to eat the moment Sooyoung arrives back. Want to buy something?", Joohyun asked Taehyung.
"I'll just have a warm cup of caramel macchiato!", Taehyung told her.
"Taehyung and I will just stay here to take care and look after Seulgi.", Hoseok told them.
"Alright! Please take good care of Seulgi!", Joohyun told Hoseok and Taehyung.
"We will, noona!", Hoseok said.
"Noona, want me to come with you? Taehyung and Hoseok hyung are gonna be here to look after Seulgi, and someone needs to go with you for your safety.", Jimin told Joohyun.
"Yeah sure! Thanks for the help!", Joohyun said.
"Hey Jimin! Take care of her!", Taehyung told Jimin.
"I will! Don't worry!", Jimin said as he and Joohyun walked out of the room.

And as Jimin and Joohyun left, Taehyung immediately grabbed a chair as he sat infront of Seulgi's bedside to keep an eye on her.

"Noona.. it's me, Taehyung! I hope you'll wake up soon, because a lot of us missed you already! It was really hard for Jimin to cope up with the pain he's feeling because of what happened to you and what he did to you. I hope the right time would come on where you two are ready to face each other and to reconcile with each other already.", Taehyung said in a sad tone.

And while he was waiting for Jimin and Joohyun to comeback, he immediately noticed Seulgi's index finger, moving and her head, subconsciously tilting. No way! Is she about to wake up?! He thought to himself.

"No—Noona? Can you hear me?", Taehyung said.
"I should call the doctor! I'll be right back, Taehyung!", Hoseok said.
"Yes Please! Thanks hyung!", Taehyung said as Hoseok urgently left the room.

And as her finger and head subconsciously continued to move, he immediately noticed that her eyes are slowly opening! She's awake! Taehyung thought to himself.

"No—Noona? Can you hear me? It's Taehyung!", Taehyung said.
"Tae—Taehyung?", Seulgi said in a weak voice.
"Yes, it's me noona!", Taehyung said.
"For how long was I in a coma?", she asked him.
"Umm.. for 5-6 weeks.", Taehyung told her.
"Really? Our friends.. umm.. where are they?", she asked.
"Some of them are at work today, Sooyoung just went home to get something, while Jimin and Joohyun went to buy some coffee and food to eat.", Taehyung said.
"Really? I see... c—can you help me sit?", Seulgi asked him.
"Sure noona!", Taehyung said.

He immediately and gently helped Seulgi sit in an elevated position as he placed a pillow behind her for support. A few seconds later, Hoseok came back with a doctor and a nurse behind him.
