Seulgi's POV

Finally! I'm discharged from the hospital already. My mom went out to pay the hospital bills and to arrange some files, so it's only Jimin's mom and I left inside the room. By the way, my arm's feeling better already and tomorrow, I'll perform another therapy session again to make sure if I'm already allowed to work without a cast on.

"Seulgi, make sure to continue taking your medications, alright?", she told me.
"Yes auntie!", I said.
"I'm glad you're ok already!", she told me.
"Thanks for taking care of me, auntie!", I said.
"You're always welcome, my darling! Please take care of your mom as well! She's too restless recently because of work, and I'm worried that she might've forgotten taking her medications for anemia.", she said.
"Don't worry, auntie! I will make sure that she isn't deteriorating her health.", I said.
"Thanks Seulgi!", she said.

And while we're talking, the door suddenly opened as my mom entered the room.

"Darling, are you ready to go home?", she asked me.
"Yeah!", I said.
"Dr. Park, once again, thank you so much for taking care of my daughter!", my mom told Jimin's mom.
"You're always welcome, Dr. Kang!", she said.

After I finished packing up, my mom and I immediately left the hospital as we immediately went straight home. It's been so long since the last time I stepped foot inside our house! I thought to myself as I placed some of my things on the couch.

"Let's go eat lunch?", my mom asked me.
"Yeah sure! I'm already getting hungry!", I said.

My mom and I immediately went straight to the dining room to eat lunch, but the moment I entered, I was greeted by a loud sound of confetti, popping off.

"Welcome home!", my friends shouted as I couldn't help but cover my mouth in shock and happiness.
"For how long have you all been staying in here?", I asked them.
"Since 10 am.", Sooyoung said.
"I see! Thanks for this unexpected surprise!", I said.
"Of course! And plus.. a lot of doctors, nurses, and even your patients, missed you already, and when I told them that you're going back to work tomorrow, they couldn't contain their excitement!", Joohyun unnie said.
"Same thing here!", I said.
"Darlings, what are we waiting for? Let's eat!", my mom said.

The moment we all sat down on the dining table, we happily ate lunch together. It's been a while since the last time I ate with my friends on one table!

"It's been a while since the last time we're complete whenever we eat lunch together.", Joohyun unnie said.
"I know! I'm glad that Seulgi unnie's ok already!", Yerim said.

Author's POV

After Seulgi's friends left for lunch, Seulgi immediately went inside her bedroom.

"Darling, I want you to rest for now! I want you to limit rigorous activities for a while, most especially since you're not that fully healed.", her mom told me.
"Alright mom!", Seulgi said.
"Just call me if you need anything, alright?", her mom said.
"Yes mom!", Seulgi said.

The moment her mom left, she couldn't help but feel bored knowing that rigorous activity for her is limited, so she had no choice but to just sleep. She was about to fall asleep when her phone suddenly beeped, indicating that she received a message just now. She immediately checked her phone to see a message from Jimin.

Jimin: Hey! How are you doing?
Seulgi: I'm doing fine! Why do you even care?
Jimin: 'Cause I want to know if you're ok, since you're not that fully healed.
Seulgi: Look, it doesn't matter ok?! I'm doing fine, so just leave me alone!
