Jisung woke up with a persistent headache, the room he was in being filled with sunlight not helping at all.
He tried to figure out where he was, finding it impossible after a while.
He rubbed his eyes forcefully and tried to stand up, noticing a pair of arms swiftly wrapped around him with strength. Just then did he notice the sleeping Minho next to him, face nuzzled up in the pillow to escape the brightness of the room.
Jisung's lips shifted into a soft smile and he couldn't control the urge to stroke the boy's hair softly. The older noticed the movement and started waking up, scrunching his face at the light. He rubbed his head, groaning. Minho sat up and stretched, yawning loudly, resembling a cat.
And that was when Jisung's face lost all its color. He fixated his gaze on the row of red and purple blotches that ran along the olders neck, bouncing his eyes around them. He brought a hand to his mouth at the realization of what he had done, sitting up fiercely and falling off the bed with a yelp in the process.
"Oh fuck, Jisung! Are you okay?" quickly asked Minho, running out of the comfort of the bed to help the brunette up despite his pounding head telling him to just stay there and sleep all day.
He got worried once he saw Jisung's face drained of color, looking right at his neck. Minho stood up, Dori running after him to greet him with a meow. However, the red haired didn't pay attention to the fluffy pet at all, rushing to the mirror inside the door of the closet of the room.
He looked at himself on it, eyes widening and heartbeat racing. He trailed his fingertips over the swollen hickeys on his usually pale skin. His ears burnt.
"What happened last night?" he whispered, never leaving his reflection on the mirror.
Jisung ran up to him, hands on the air. "We didn't have sex!" he quickly exclaimed. "I mean, I don't think so! We had our clothes on and my back isn't soar. Is yours?" Minho nodded and Jisung stopped for a second, trying hard to remember last nights events. His cheeks were painfully red.
Minho locked eyes with him, nodding slowly. He was trying to process everything but his headache was making it really hard. Then he realized Jisung had still Dracula makeup on and he couldn't control the chuckles that left past his lips, leaving the brunette looking confused.
"Let's just go have breakfast. I need painkillers." he softly spoke, hiding his nervousness the best he could.
Jisung agreed to his request and they both went downstairs to find a messy house, red cups thrown everywhere. They didn't pay much attention to it, instead aiming directly at the kitchen with their slow steps.
They found Hyunjin and Felix happily talking there, steamy mugs of coffee in both their hands. They were as good as new, no trace of the costumes or makeup from last night except for Hyunjin's black hair.
Both boys turned their heads to look at the newcomers, smiling widely at them.
"Coffee?" offered Felix, putting his mug forward. Both Minho and Jisung nodded.
"What time is it?" asked Jisung, suddenly concerned about arriving late to work.
"It's one p.m, but your boss gave you the week off, Sung." remainded Hyunjin mindlessly, walking towards his best friend, who sighed relieved, and wrapping a long arm over his shoulders. "Let's get your makeup off, silly."
That left Felix and Minho alone at the freckled's kitchen.
The younger teasingly wiggled his eyebrows at Minho, making the boy's ear grow red with embarrassment.
"Don't you dare open your mouth." he warned, but Felix really couldn't care less about his best friend's empty threats.
"You have something over your neck, big boy." he smirked, finding Minho's reactions hilarious. "So, how was it?" he asked then.
