Taehyun was lounging on the couch, scrolling through Instagram, when something caught his eye that made him smile.

Chaeryeong from ITZY and Taehyun from TXT have been chosen as the new MC couple for *Music Bank*. Fans are already swooning over their chemistry, with many starting to ship them and create edits. We wish the best for this new MC pair!

The last comment made Taehyun pause, his confusion rising. That's when another article popped up on his screen.

**[NEWS]** 
Ye-Dam from Treasure was seen giving Chaeryeong a thumbs-up and mouthing something to her, to which she responded happily. Later, the two posted a dance challenge for Treasure's comeback, sparking dating rumors between them.

Taehyun scoffed, feeling a pang of jealousy. *Great, just great,* he thought. *What if they're actually dating, and I'm just getting my hopes up for no reason?*

**ITZY's Dorm**

"So, Cherry, how does it feel to have dating rumors with your own brother?" Lia asked with a teasing grin.

"Unniee! I'm already so stressed. Our fans notice the smallest things," Chaeryeong groaned. "I think I should ask PD-nim to announce that we're siblings before it gets out of hand. I'll be seeing him often at *Music Bank*."

"That's a good idea," Yeji said, nodding. "Let's go today. I'll try to help convince PD-nim too."

**JYP Company**

Yeji and Chaeryeong made their way to the office.

"Chaeryeong, I'm glad you came in. I've decided to announce that you and Ye-Dam are siblings. These dating rumors are absurd," JYP said as they sat down.

"Thank you so much, PD-nim! I was going to ask about that too," Chaeryeong said gratefully. "When will it be released?"

"I'll need to discuss it with YG Entertainment first. It might take two to three days."

"That's fine. Thank you again!" Chaeryeong left, feeling relieved.

While Yeji went to a nearby CVS to buy snacks, Chaeryeong waited in the lobby, smiling and texting Ye-Dam about the update.

Suddenly, someone grabbed her arm.

"Chaeryeong-ah, is it true? Are you dating Ye-Dam?" Jisung asked, startling her.

"Omg, You scared me!" she said, startled, her phone slipping from her hands. As Jisung bent down to pick it up, he noticed she had been texting Ye-Dam.

Jisung scoffed. "So the rumors are true then?"

"Noo! Oppa, no one knows this, but Ye-Dam is my brother," Chaeryeong clarified quickly.

"Oh, really?" Jisung said, taken aback.

Wanting to shift the conversation, Jisung's expression turned more serious. "Chaeryeong-ah, why are you wearing such short skirts? You might catch a cold. Plus, you know those sasaeng fans can be anywhere." Without waiting for a reply, he took off his jacket and tied it around her waist.

"I know, oppa. I don't like it either, but it's part of the company's rules. I have to wear whatever the stylist chooses," she explained helplessly.

"I'm going to have a word with that stylist," Jisung said firmly.

Both Chaeryeong and Jisung turned toward the voice.

It was Taehyun.
