Chapter 30

You approach the destination and asked Higuchi for her sunglasses which she was confused about but gave them to you and you quickly put them on. You approach Akutagawa who was on your side and roll down the window as you stop infront of him.

"Get in bitch we're going to therapy" you say with a smirk making him roll his eyes and Higuchi stifle a laugh.

"Your so childish" he mutters as he gets into the back "why are your bags here and not in the trunk?"

"Well I wasn't away we were picking you up till after I done it and sat down" you tell him "Just move them over and stop complaining your skinny ass don't take up that much room"

He huff and glares at you as Higuchi pulls away from the location and heads back to base.

You made it back to the base and grabbed your bag then thanked Higuchi and said bye to her and Akutagawa who just scowled and walked away making you chuckle. You made it to your room and put your bag on the bed then pulled out the bag containing the wine for Chuuya then went across the hall and knocked on his door. You had a key so you could just walking but decided to suprise him. You heared an annoyed sigh from the other side making you snicker as footsteps approach the door and he opens it looking grumpy but it changed to suprise then a smile.

"I have returned!" you exclaim with a giggle but then let out a small happy squeal then laughs when he hugs you and spins you around then puts up down before kissing you.

"Gods I missed you" he mutters against your lips before pecking them and resting his forehead on yours.

"I missed you too" you smile before moving away and holding up the bottle bag "I got you something!"

"Oh?" he says as he takes the bag and pulls out the bottle of wine and his eyes widen "What the-? This has to be expensive!"

"Yeah my card cried but you could open it on a special occasion. In the bottle it can age for another 10 years before it starts to go bad" you explain happily "I saw it and automatically thought of you and they were selling fast it seems. There was only 5 left when I brought one and apparently there isn't many left in the world"

"Thank you for this" he says with a small smile as he places it back in the bag and you walk properly into the room and you shut the door.

"Your welcome" you hum as you sit on the bed "How has it been since I have been gone?"

"Boring, quiet....didn't have a mission to go on so was just checking up on the ports" he tells you as he sits beside you "how was it for you? I mean aside the whole ability thing"

"Emotional" you sigh "I found out what happened to my mum 8 years ago and now I'm starting to build a rapport with her and my dad so I got that going for me"

"Well that's good" he says as he puts an  arm around your waist and you lean your head on his shoulder "Mhm. Kunikida made me cry though..."

"What?!" Chuuya exclaims slightly angry.

"Calm down. It's fine. I was emotional after finding out what happened with my mum and spaced out while he was teaching me and I upset him because I put him behind schedule and he went on a rant but I got my revenge" You chuckle with a smirk.

"What did you do?" Chuuya asked curiously.

"He came to apologise and I told him I can't accept it because I can't cancel the contract with the hitman with the most serious face and voice I could muster. It was fucking hilarious he was on edge the rest of the day and freaking out over every noise. Even Rampo and Dazai joined in which made it even more hilarious and when I told him just before I left that it was a lie he was not happy but by then I left the room before he can chew me out for it" you tell him laugh.

"You are definitely something else" Chuuya chuckles "How is that idiot Dazai anyhow? He didn't try to do anything to you did he because if he did I will kill him"

"No no he was fine. We actually get along okay. He still takes his time to point out how gross it is that I'm dating you but I shut him down quick with some sort of sarcastic remark or comeback which makes him pout like a child" you say with a giggle.

"Hm. Good he better not do anything" He pouts angrily.

"There!" you say with a laugh as you point at him "That's the face he pulls!"

"Shut up you dumbass" he says with irritation making you laugh more "don't make me make you shut up!"

"And how are you going to do that hmm?" you tease with a grin but that dissapears when he suddenly pins you to the bed and hover above you.

"I have an idea or two" he grins.
