Chapter 15

You start to awake when you heared voices and when you moved you felt you were back on the bed. You open your eyes to see Chuuya, Mori, Elise, Akutagawa and Kouyou stood in the room who suddenly stopped and looked at you.

"Look who's finally awake!" Mori says with a smile.

"How are you?" Chuuya asks.

"Physically? Mentally? Spiritually? Financially? I need more direction" you groggily but sarcastically reply as you slowly sit up with his help and he rolls his eyes while everyone can't help but smirk at your response minus Akutagawa who rolls his eyes aswell.

"Well my dear we caught the ability user and your going to live" Kouyou says with a small smile.

"That's good to hear.." you respond with a yawn then look at Akutagawa "how are you seeming like your not hit by a truck considering you got struck with it too?"

"Because I'm not weak like you" he blankly tells you.

"Alright just because you have a dick doesn’t mean you need to act like one" you snap back.

"Now now as much as this conversation is becoming amusing I think it's best we let Y/N go back to her room and we have a meeting tomorrow to discuss what our next plan of action is" Mori says.

"That does sound like a good idea. Chuuya please help Y/N dear back to her room" Kouyou says and the ginger nods as everyone heads out the room but Akutagawa walks upto you.

"My sister managed to grab you belongings after the attack. Their in your room" he says before walking out leaving you and Chuuya alone.

"I feel bad for him but he really is the grey sprinkle on my rainbow cupcake" you grumble making Chuuya chuckle.

"Well your not exactly being a ray of sunshine either shorty" he says with a smirk as he helps you stand.

"Well considering I nearly died I think I have a free pass" you weakly chuckle as you hold onto the male who picks up your phone.

"Fair enough. Also I turned off your music when i came in and helped you back on the bed, hope you don't mind" he says as you both slowly start to walk back to your room.

"No it's fine." you say.

"Why did you have that song on repeat anyhow?" he questions.

"It was the last song my mother sang to me before she disappeared when I was 12" you explain "she had such a beautiful voice and that was my favorite song she sang"

You had a soft smile on your face as you remember that day again which Chuuya saw but he could see the sadness in your eyes.

"I'm sorry for asking" he says softly.

"Oh don't be sorry. It was 8 nearly 9 years ago. I had come to terms I will never see her again and she mostly likely became one with the stars. I'm not sad just reminiscing" you tell him.

It is quiet between you two for a short time before you remember something.

"Oh I just remembered! Do you see Rampo?" you asked.

"Tch. No I ended up going against the farming kid. He told me Rampo was aware of your existence and that you warned me" he tells you "thanks for the heads up"

"Aww you saw Kenji again! He is soo adorable!" you gush.

"Hey! Don't be gushing over the enemy!" Chuuya snaps.

"I can gush over who I want. Your obviously just jealous Chuuuuuyyaaaa~" you say with a giggle especially when you say his name like Dazai when he teases.

"Grr don't say my name like that idiot Dazai when he taunts me" he growls.

"Why not? Chuuuuuyyaaa~" you respond and laugh which gets cut short when your suddenly pinned to the wall and Chuuya's face is inches from yours.

"If your trying to piss me off then it's working" he says lowly making you gulp "or are you trying to do it on purpose hmm?"

"N-No" you manage to stutter out slightly flustered.

"Good" he grins as he let's you go and then proceeds to pick you up bridal style as he continues walking to your room but you decide to keep quiet and rest your head on his chest savoring his alluring scent.
