I laughed at her while she looked worried
,,ok how about we just tell them that you sprained your ankle?"

I put my arm around her to give her the needed support and led her out of the room
,,you should go to the gym and train your legs cause seriously who has legs that weak?"
I whispered in her ear
She groaned

I could se that she wasn't amused with my comment cause she usually doesn't like the gym and the people there
She just feels like she doesn't fit in
We sat back down on the table
Red grinning at us while sipping at her wine glass

That b she didn't just ask that

The others were suddenly listening to us and asking lover if she was alr
Lover hated to lie and this situation didn't help it at all

She put on a unconvincing smile and turned back to grab her glass
We went on talking and I could tell that lover wasn't comfortable at all
But it wasn't the event or what happened
I knew it was something different
She was nervously stabbing with the fork in her food while beeing in her own world
I knew I had to talk to her

(They went home)

Lover was removing her make up in the bathroom while I was sitting on the bed with my laptop in my lap
I was prepared to talk to her and already thought through every scenario
I'm a professional over thinker so that wasn't a problem
,,hey" she smiled at me before sitting down in her side of the bed

She didn't sound very convincing but I knew I had to have this talk
