"Do you know what a Horcrux is?"
Sirius face is pale as if he has just
seen a ghost. His expression is filled with
shock and surprise
"Y...yeah i do. Why are you asking me
this?" his voice is shaky and fearful
"Horcruxes.. "he pauses before he continues
he looks at Michelle and then at Mattheo
"What do you know about Horcruxes? Do you have any knowledge that you want to share with me?"
"Voldemort made a Horcrux out of Mattheo when he was a baby. They have a weird connection now, and Voldemort can connect to Mattheo in his dreams.."
Michelle begins to cry again. This makes her so emotional that she can't hold back. "Please, we need to find a solution.."
Sirius looks in shock between Michelle and Mattheo. "Did you just say.. Voldemort made
a Horcrux out of Mattheo?" he looks
completely shocked and confused. He is
trying to process the information in front
of his eyes, as he shakes his head
He pauses for a few seconds and takes a breath. He then looks at Michelle
"You are sure of this information? You saw that in a dream? A memory or a...what..a vision?"
"Yeah, kind of. Please promise me you will
try to save him. " Tears roll down her cheek
again, his face changes to one of determination and anger.
He puts a gentle hand on Michelle's shoulder.
"My word to you. That if what you are
telling is true. I will move mountains to save Mattheo from this dark path." his expression becomes sincere, and he looks
at her with determination
"But first, before we get into this and do
anything. We need to confirm if all of this
it's true." he looks at Michelle seriously.
She nods. "Maybe you can find help from the
Order Members.."
"The order will help for sure. If we get in touch with them." he nods in agreement."I have a friend in the Order." he glances at
Michelle "I'Il speak to him." He says in a resolute tone, and in the meantime, we'll keep this a secret.
He turns to Mattheo and looks at him with
a serious expression
"Mattheo, you can trust me. Nothing
will happen. I promise." he says with a
calming tone of voice.
She hugs his father again and says goodbye to each other. This was a very emotional day..
Sirius kisses Michelle on the forehead
and he hugs her back tightly.
"I am so happy that we could talk,
darling." he says with a reassuring smile
"I am so happy to see you. Don't worry
about anything. l'll take care of things."
he then turns to Mattheo and shakes his
hand.
"It will be okay." he says while looking at Mattheo, giving him an encouraging nod.
"This could have been gone worse.. Don't
you think? I saw your face when Sirius
told us that your father murdered my
mother, a part of me knew it already
Don't be worried about this. It will change
nothing between us." She hugs him
Mattheo smiles. "You are right. This doesn't change anything between us. I love you." He hugs her tightly, giving her a reassuring kiss on the forehead.
"And I know this hurts you. And it pains
me to see that you are in pain. I know
that feeling of losing someone, too."
He kisses her forehead again.
"Let's not think about it too much. We
will find a way to deal with it." She says with a comforting smile as he holds her hand.
