No jedtavious in this chapter I just thought it would be funny if Kahmunrah was Jedediah's grandpa.

JEDEDIAH POV:

The sand was up to my waist now. I know I suppose to be scared in here but honestly I'm more bored if anything. Kahmunrah sat in his thrown of random stuff.

"You look just like your father did" said Kahmunrah.

I looked at him.

"Thanks, I suppose" I said.

Kahmunrah smiled.

"I'm not sure you remember this. But when you were younger you use to love your stuff horse Butterscotch. You use to bring it everywhere" said Kahmunrah.

"How old was I when we last saw each other" I asked.

"5, do you remember how you use to get sick all the time and at night we would sit in the living room and we would sometimes have juice" said Kahmunrah.

"A little" I said.

"I also use to read to you when you were younger. Perhaps we can read a few books while we wait to see if your father Larry comes back" said Kahmunrah.

He grabbed a book from his pile of stuff.

"This looks like a good one. If you give a mouse a cookie" said Kahmunrah.

I rolled my eyes. I'm a little bit old for that. Plus I don't know how many grandpa's can trap their grandchild in a hour glass and send their father on a impossible task but read to them while they wait.

"Now why would someone give a mouse a cookie? It's just going to keep the mouse around and invite more of those pesk. But let's read it anyway" said Kahmunrah.

He opened the book and I turned my back to him.

"If you give a mouse a cookie, He's going to ask for a glass of milk. I suppose the mouse has good taste but what kind of milk? Dairy, almond, flax, cashew" said Kahmunrah.

I guess the milk thing is true. Can mice have nuts? Kahmunrah turned the page.

"When you give him the milk, he'll probably ask you for a straw. Now that is ridiculous. If you have cookies and milk everyone knows you did the cookies in the milk but anyway" said Kahmunrah.

"When he's finished, he'll ask for a napkin. This is one greedy mouse" said Kahmunrah.

He licked his finger and turned the page. That's gross.

"Then he will want to look in a mirror to make sure he doesn't have a milk moustache. When he looks into the mirror, he might notice his hair needs a trim. So he will probably ask for a pair of nail scissors" said Kahmunrah.

He turned the page.

"When he's finished giving himself a trim, he'll want a broom to sweep up. Yes because a tiny mouse is going to use a broom. He'll start sweeping. He might get carried away and sweep every room in the house. He may even end up washing the floors as well. Who asked him to" said Kahmunrah.

He is taking this book to literal.

"When he's done, he'll probably want to take a nap. Oh I can imagine. You will have to fix a little box for him with a blanket and a pillow. He'll crawl in, make himself comfortable and fluff the pillow a few times" said Kahmunrah.

He turned the page after licking his finger AGAIN.

"You didn't expect your father to run off like that now did you" asked Kahmunrah.

"Oh he'll be back ka ka ra. Sure as moonshines on mongoose, he'll be here" I said looking back at Kahmunrah.

"Oh I'd save my breath if I were you" said Kahmunrah as he closed the book.

"You don't have many left" he said as he leaned closer to the hourglass.

I turned around and gave him the middle finger.
