There were some elders who felt offended and annoyed by Leah's presence and statement. And others just find her very amusing. The poor girl must have a death wish, barging inside their palace uninvited and threatening them.

"I have no issue with you." Sovereign Sabre Red tried his best to keep calm and composed. But he was really terrified of the unknown. Of this woman. His informant still hasn't reported back to him which of the five top packs this girl belongs to. And even if he knew which one, he still couldn't afford to offend her. Doing so might not only get him killed but also cause the destruction of his pack. "Nor do I want any trouble, so please let me and my comrades leave peacefully."

Of course, sovereign Sabre Red's statement raised alarms amongst the elders and higher-ups of the Azure pack. They expected the stray's head to go flying after obstructing the path of sovereign Sabre Red. But never in their wildest dreams did they think such an arrogant man would request permission from the stray to leave instead. No. That could never be it. But they all saw and heard it.

"Well, no one is holding your feet, old puppy." Leah replied. And as Sovereign Sabre Red and company were gearing up to leave, "But don't blame me for being impolite if anyone tries to leave here before I get down to the bottom of what happened to the pup last night." That was enough to stop them in their tracks. They know better than anyone here that if they disobey this woman, she could kill them in an instant.

"You insolent stray, you dare address sovereign Sabre Red in such a tone." The furious Alton attempted to take out Leah with a single blow. However, what happened next not only shocked him but also the other elders and higher-ups. The arm that Alton attacked Leah with was ripped from his shoulder. And though everyone there had inhuman eyesight, no one saw how or when it happened. They just see Leah holding Alton's missing arm. Alton's screams were also terrifying.

"You are this weak, and yet you dare attack this sovereigness. Hopefully, in your next life, you won't be this foolish." Leah, with a powerful palm strike, sent Alton's head and body flying and crashing to the wall. And now everyone was looking at her with great surprise. She just took down one of their four pillars as if it were nothing. It's clear to them now that she's no ordinary stray.

As for Kazan, he just realized how much Leah was holding back against him in their many battles. She could have killed him before he composed a thought.

"So is anyone going to answer my question, or do I have to start an arms collection?" She waved about elder Alton's arm.

"Who are you?" Richardson roared. He was a bit terrified by what he had just witnessed. Sure, he's slightly stronger than Alton, but he couldn't take out Alton so easily. This stray is not as low as he thought. Though she seems so ordinary, it's obvious that she's strong—probably from a strong background. Then it clicked. "You are from one of the top five back. A royal." If that's the case, then it's possible that she claimed the young sovereign and not hexed him like he and many others thought. This is very bad.

His conclusion shocked the high officials of the Azure pack.

"We are not here to talk about me," Leah said. "I want to know who tried to have the pup killed. And if I don't get the answers I seek," She unleashed an aura that was like an uncontrollable winter storm, chilling all who bathed in it to the bone.

Some of the terrified higher-ups instantly start to spill the beans. And according to them, Elder Richardson and Alton were the masterminds behind the tragedy that befell the young sovereign.

So it turns out that all the elders were convinced that Kazan was under some kind of love spell. Thanks to the reports provided by the healers who treated Kazan that time when he got bitten by Leah.

Anyway, Alton and Richardson then got news that Dorian was meeting with a friend to find a way to break the spell on Kazan—and decided to use this as an opportunity to get rid of the young sovereign without drawing suspicion to themselves. They bribe Dorian's friends into helping them kill the brat. And that friend led Dorian to a caster that they paid handsomely to create a poison elixir.

All of this was done so that Kizaro could become sovereign. Sovereign Sabre Red was also aware of the elder's plan to kill the young sovereign, but he played no role in it. He was also promised the northern part of the Azure Pack territory if he allowed Danica to get married to Kizaro. And the covetous bastard accepted it, of course.

"Now that you know the truth," Leah looked to Kazan, who was furious by all he just heard. "What do you plan to do with them?" Out of courtesy, she decided to ask his opinion. He's, after all, the leader of this rotten bunch. It's his duty to play judge and executioner.

Kazan wanted to kill them, but if he does so, it will weaken his pack. And if sovereign Sabre Red dies here, one of his sons will take over and create a problem for his pack. If only he wasn't so weak.

"Don't think about it too much, pup. As long as I am here, no harm will come to you or your pack." Leah assured him.

That's sweet, but Kazan doesn't want her to reveal herself. It will only cause more trouble for her and his pack. Well, trouble is here already, so he might as well just do what he has to and be over with it. Besides, he can't let these people remain alive any longer. They tried to kill him twice now, and if he let them escape, the next time they might achieve their goals. "Kill them all."

"Yes sovereign." Leah seized Richardson by the neck before he could flee the scene. The guy struggled to break out of her arms, but to no avail. This was not only because she was far stronger than he was, but it felt as if he was being drained.

It was then that Richardson figured out her technique and what royal bloodline she's associated with. However, before he could blurt it out, Leah extracted his heart from his chest and crushed it between her palms. And just like that, another pillar of the Azure Pack is dead.
