The couple, after getting dressed at Kazan's place with no minutes to spare, headed to the new hospital grandmaster Dorian was residing at. They entered his room without alerting the guards or Dorian's caretakers, who seemed busy doing their own thing. Negligence on their part, but Kazan won't blame them since these guards and caretakers couldn't be compared to Leah and him before the fusion much more now, when they are at the peak of their strength.

Anyway, he set up a magical barrier to not only prevent any noise from escaping the room but also keep outsiders from getting in. Note that despite Nathaniel's power core no longer residing with him, he's still able to use magic, well, until the birth of Nathaniel.

Then, for a few seconds, Kazan profoundly gazed at Grandmaster Dorian, who seemed to be in a deep, seemingly peaceful sleep, and his heart wrenched. He felt bad for leaving him in such a state for so long. In fact, he blamed himself for the man's condition. But hopefully, with this newfound power and method, he might be able to reverse Dorian's situation. In other words, heal him.

"It's time for you to wake up." Kazan rested his glowing violet palm against Dorian's chest, causing Dorian's body to jerk violently as if being electrocuted and his mouth to foam ceaselessly. Five minutes later, he managed to make a connection with Dorian's spirit with the aid of Leah's spirt art technique, spirt connection, which caused Dorian immense pain to the point where his body felt like it was going to break apart. Soon, he located a sliver of Dorian consciousness and got it to make an oath of loyalty to him. Luckily, before it got obliterated by the technique he was using.

As a result of accepting the oath, Dorian was given strength far beyond what he had before. His healing abilities have also improved, and as a result, all the remainder of his internal injuries have vanished in an instant. His late twenties body had also shed several years off. He now looked like a fifteen-year-old youth. And last but not least, there was a small violet swan at the center of his forehead.

These are all signs that Kazan's attempt to restore Dorian was a success, but Kazan's heart was still in his mouth because Dorian still remains unconscious. However, his mood changed another five minutes later when Dorian's eyes opened.

"Welcome back, grandmaster." Kazan smiled warmly, but there was still a hint of guilt in his eyes. He was also a bit curious why Dorian's body reverted to that of a teenager, but it doesn't really matter. All that matters is that the man is awakened and is doing well.

"It's all thanks to you, Young Sovereign," Grand Master Dorian said with a smile after getting out of bed. He also nodded respectfully to Leah. He could tell that the two have undergone a massive change in terms of strength, and though he doesn't understand how, he knows it has something to do with Leah. It seems a lot has occurred and changed since he was out of commission for, who knows, how long.

"I'm sorry, grandmaster. It's all my fault." Kazan kneeled to Dorian; tears drenched his eyes, and his fist clenched like a kid who had done wrong and expected to be scolded and punished. "Back then, if I hadn't sent you to chase after sovereign Sabre Red on your own, then you wouldn't have ended up in a coma."

"Get up." Dorian helped Kazan up to his feet. "It's not appropriate for a sovereign to be kneeling to his subject."

"But you are not just a subject. You are my father. I will not be unfilial," Kazan responded, avoiding eye contact.

"Unfilial? I'm alright now, thanks to you and Leah." Dorian patted Kazan's shoulder and smiled. "Therefore, it's needless to blame yourself for my previous condition."

"Ok." Kazan dried his tears and smiled.

"Now tell me, how are things with the pack?" Dorian asked to change the atmosphere in the room. He was also worried about the pack. He's sure that by now Leah's identity has been revealed by sovereign Sabre Red, and if so, the pack is in grave danger. But after ten minutes of hearing Kazan's summary of all that took place while he was in a coma, he concluded that things were worse than he feared.

"I see. It's that bad," Dorian sighed heavily.

"Don't worry, Grandmaster. I have a plan that I'm fifty percent sure will get us out of this mess," Kazan stated with great confidence.

"I trust you, kiddo." Dorian patted Kazan on the head, which made Kazan feel a bit weird now since the man he respected looked way younger than him. This scene looks like a junior treating his senior like a kid. "Anyway, I'll go visit Ezekiel to let him know that all is well with me."

"I don't know if you notice, but your appearance has changed a lot. Even your aura no longer remains the same, so I doubt he will recognize you. In fact, no one in the pack will," Kazan said.

It was then that Grandmaster Dorian started to observe himself and realized that he had undergone a massive change. "I guess I have to rely on you to verify my identity, then sovereign."

"I'll be meeting with the high officials and the warriors of the pack a couple minutes from now. Ezekiel will be there as well. You can join me there to surprise him," Kazan suggested. He can't wait to see the joyful expression on Ezekiel's face when he sees that his grandfather has awakened and is in good health.

Note Kazan wanted to inform Ezekiel about his plan to help Dorian earlier, but he didn't want to give his brother too much hope should his plan fail. That would hurt him even more. And he can't bear that. Thankfully, all went well.

"Let's do as you say, then." Dorian agreed. He can't wait to see his worrisome grandson to relieve the kid from all the stress his condition has caused him. As a grandfather, he feels guilty for putting the kid through that.

The three then flee the scene and head for the palace to meet with the high officials and warriors who have already started to gather in the courtyard of the palace.
