"What do you mean I'm too old for an advent calendar?!" Oscar asked, offended by the words of his mother.

"Ozzy, sweetheart, you're twenty-two! You're a grown kid now." Nicole, his internet famed mother, responded, fussing over him at the last race of the season.

"Yeah, but why do the girls have them and I don't?" He asked, pouting as he huffed in the peace of the paddock. "They're in their late teens and early twenties."

"Yeah, but they're living at home and living within their means. If you want one, you can most definitely afford one, kiddo." His dad, Chris, pointed out as he came over with iced hot chocolates and an iced coffee for himself.

"Ozzy, Ozzy, Ozzy!" He heard from across the paddock, making him turn on his heel with some confusion.

"Oi, oi, oi!" Followed on with voice he knew all too well - Lando. The Aussie clocked that the accompanying voice was amateur chocolatier, Quadrant co-founder and Lando's best friend, (Y/N). Oscar immediately felt his heart leap knowing that she was there, having been texting back and forth and trying to organise a date. "Oscar!" Lando cheered upon his arrival, doing the typical handshake seen amongst drivers. "I have someone here who wants to see you~." He sang as he teased, seeing Oscar's pale skin flush red.

"Koala!" (Y/N) said with a bright grin as Oscar put his drink down, immediately opening his arms for her.

"Kangaroo!" He said just as pleased as his arms wrapped around her, gently swaying them both side to side. "What are you doing here?" He asked as he side-eyed his teammate, who had a shit eating grin.

"Landinho invited me, I haven't been able to get to any races because of the Quadrant team and doing the admin side of it all, so he surprised me with the tickets." She explained, the pair first having met in Monaco and spending the occasional evening or day together there when she would visit Lando.

"Well, that is terrific." Oscar said, sounding more blunt than intending to. "I mean it, I'm so glad you're here. You can settle an argument, both of you." Oscar said, turning himself and (Y/N) towards his parents as Lando was already chatting to them. "Am I too old for a chocolate advent calendar?"

"Obviously yes, mate." Lando said.

"Never too old for an advent calendar!" (Y/N) disagreed with her friend and Oscar's family, making his arms squish her more. "I'll make you chocolates if I have to."

"I can't expect you to do that for me," Oscar said, pulling away but resting his hands on her waist securely. "That would take up too much of your time."

"Well, I'm making them all as thank you gifts for Lando's team, Zak, Andreas, as well as Carlos, Alex and George... A few more wouldn't be an issue." She said with a grin and a shrug, getting a scoff from the other three stood by them.

"You spoil him, (Y/N)." Nicole said as she shook her head with a laugh, coming to greet her warmly. One family visit to Monaco overlapped with a (Y/N) visit, so they had met briefly when she left Lando's apartment to go food shopping and ran into Oscar and his family there.

"What can I say?" She said as she pressed kisses to the Aussie woman's cheeks. "I think he deserves more than just sweets, but I can offer him chocolate when he asks!" She said with a laugh, greeting Chris as she pulled back from Nicole, Oscar and Lando watching on with different smiles. The young Australian watched on with a tender, adoring smile whereas Lando was watching on with a grin that could only be described as devilish. "Are you guys in Monaco for Christmas this year?" (Y/N) asked, Lando wrapping an arm around her shoulder and resting his head on her mop of (H/C) hair, taunting Oscar.

"We were thinking of doing so, Oscar has opened the flat to us. What about you and Lando? Are you in Monaco or back home in Bristol?" Nicole asked in return.
