☆━━━IT'S RATHER HARD TO fall asleep when all you can think about is some mysterious vigilante who likes hiding in the shadows, fighting a group of men dressed in ninja outfits, seemingly obsessed with feet, since for some odd reason, they gave themselves the name 'Foot clan' and leaves cryptic Japanese symbols around the city as if they were someone living out a Batman fantasy.

I also found it's pretty damn difficult to be publicly descent when a certain someone—

     *cough* April *cough*

—barges into my room, bright smile and body buzzing as if she injected pure energy into her veins. Like, who is that happy in the morning? It's loco. Absolutely insane. Someone like that should be placed in a mental asylum, or at least get hogtied so they can't cause harm to innocent bystanders with their uppity energy.

Alright, so maybe I was being a little dramatic, but I knew for a fact I could have gotten another hour of sleep if it weren't for my sister.

A tiny grumble slipped past My lips as I followed behind April into the office, a cup of joe in one hand as the other rested over the camera hanging from my neck. My glasses were resting on the lower part of my nose, and the feeling of them was starting to bother me. I knew my eyes were most likely bloodshot from the lack of sleep, with the slight undertone of bags, and my hair was pulled back into the messiest ponytail I had ever seen, but no one seemed to notice, or care about my appearance as we came up to Thompson and all her little minions.

It took only one glance at us for Thompson's face to drop, already done with whatever we had to say. She made a quick move to leave, "Girls, I'll be with you in a second."

      Lies.

With swift movements, I stepped in front of Thompson as she attempted her escape, a tiny smile slinking to my lips as I blinked at the older woman, my expression nothing but pure innocence. "Thompson, how are you this morning? Can I just say, you look wonderful today," My voice was annoyingly chipper, and my grin grew as I noticed a twitch in Thompson's eye. "Is that a new perfume? My grandma wears the same brand—"
