Hey awesome nerds!
Sorry it's taken me sooooo long to update. I have had literally no time to update. I am trying to make a schedule so I can update my books more often. It's almost done.
Anyway, here's chapter 4.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hadley POV
It's been two days since me, my dad, and Alec went out, and I have been trying to think of a way of getting Lilly and Alec to go to the prom. I have 3 ideas.
Write a note from Lilly, and ask Alec, then put the note in his locker.
Write a note from Alec, and ask Lilly, then put the note in her locker.
Or, me set them up.
Right now, the ideas are just not working for me. I need to act fast before Prom gets here. It's in 4 weeks. I haven't even got a date yet. I am more worried for Alec and Lilly, than me. I probably won't even go.
I am sitting next to Alec during a boring lesson of History. Our teacher, Ms Woodlawn, is talking about how Ancient Egypt ended.
"Hey, Alec?" I ask. This is my change to ask him to write that note to Lilly. Plan a, better work.
"Hey, Hadley?" He replies.
"I was wondering. Maybe you should take Lilly to the Prom. I mean, you two are so alike. You talk like each other, you act like each other. It's like you are identical twins, and you got separated when you were born. She even looks at you in a way that she likes you or something like that." I explain. He considers this.
"Okay, I will ask her. I was going to ask someone else, but you're right. She is like me." He says, he looks a bit sad.
"You don't have to ask her. It was a suggestion. If you have someone else-" He interrupts me.
"No, it's fine. I will ask her."
"Ok. If, I were you though, I would write a note to her. I can slip it into her locker." I suggest.
"Ok. Thanks, Hadz." He says, hugging me.
"It's Ok." I reply.
Everyone almost falls asleep until the bell rings. I've got English and Alec has Business. We say our goodbyes and go our own way.
Now. Plan A is almost accomplished. All I need to do is to find me a date. And I know the very person.

Alec POV
Great. She bet me. I was going to ask her to the prom, but she's right. Lilly and me are just like each other. I start to write my note to Lilly.
Hi Lilly,
It's Alex. I was wondering if you would want to go to the prom with me. Please let me know soon.
Thanks,
Alex. S
I fold the note in half, then slip it in my book so the teacher won't see it. After about 40 minutes of typing my assignment, the bell rings and I walk out of the classroom. It's lunch, so I go to the cafeteria and grab the Wednesday special, which contains, fried chicken pieces (like the ones from KFC), a cup of fries, and a jelly and custard cup with a can of Solo. I sit down at the table that Hadley and me always sit at, and wait for her. I read over my note to make sure it was ok (which it was alright), to find Melanie sitting in front me.
