Friends Like You

Who needs enemies with friends like you?
Do you even know if the words you speak are true?
You're a hypocrite and a god-damned liar,
Took my love and lit it on fire.

Funny that in January, you made me the bad guy
Now the shoe is on the other foot, but you're not...why?
Just because you lashed out doesn't mean that I will, too...
Cut me and I bleed, but I'm not like you.

But who needs enemies with friends like you?
Guess there's a new clique, and I'm not among the chosen few...
I see how it is now, don't worry your pretty little head
Wonder if you'll see things clearly once I'm dead.

So who needs enemies when I have friends like you...
If company is what I need, my loneliness will have to do.
