Jesse woke up to the sound of Kala's soft snores and the alarm that he had set last night due to him having classes today. It was only 6 a.m and he had to get ready soon due to his first class starting at 8:30 am today. He smiles and gently strokes her hair. He's grateful that she was able to finally get some rest after the nightmare last night. After a good extra five minutes of staying in bed, he finally got out of bed to get ready for school. Leaving a gentle kiss on her forehead, he then exited Kala's room to give her more time to rest.
"Good Morning, Jesse" His Parents greeted her right when he arrived at the dining area where his two older siblings, Ivy and Jeff are already seated beside his parents.
"Morning" He greeted them back.
"Ivy informed me about what had happened last night....how's our baby girl doing?" His Dad asked him, concerned etched in his face as he awaits for the answer from his son.
"she's doing better than last night. Thankfully she did not wake up when she went to bed and she was able to get a good sleep " Jesse replied making them nod.
