❜ ─ NARRATOR'S POV ─
It was barely 7 AM when Kala gently knocked on the frosted glass door of the producer's room. She didn't need to peek inside to know Bang PD was already in—he was always early, much like her.
"Come in."
She opened the door and bowed respectfully, her signature soft smile already present. "Good morning, PD-nim."
"Ah, Kala." Bang PD looked up from his tablet, returning the smile. "I'm sorry for calling you in so early."
She waved it off with a chuckle, dropping her canvas tote next to the chair as she sat. "No worries. I'm usually up by six anyway. Workaholic perks."
He chuckled knowingly. "That's what I admire about you. You're the youngest, and yet you've got the discipline of someone twice your age."
Kala laughed, "I have to keep up with hyungs and unnies somehow, right?"
"Speaking of which," he leaned forward slightly, resting his elbows on the table, "there's something I want to propose."
Her posture subtly shifted—attentive, alert. "I'm listening."
"The viewers have been asking... well, more like demanding to see you perform."
Kala blinked, caught off guard. "Oh?"
"I think it's a good idea," Bang PD continued. "There are people out there who still question why you're here—why someone so young has been chosen as a mentor. I think it's time they see for themselves why I trust you with these trainees."
