Chapter 7: The Party Pt. 2

Now it's time to see the other side of The Party, the part that took place between the Guild Masters...

Quentin> "It's a beautiful night tonight, I'm glad we could all attend. It's too bad that we cannot spend this time enjoying ourselves."

Aqua> "It would've been fun if we could, even another time if possible! For now, we need to stay on track."

Richard> "There are much bigger things to worry about anyways."

Quentin> "On that note, shall we start with what we know about Abbadon?"

Dracona> "Yes, that would be best."

Quentin> "So, as far as we all know, we have learned the powers of two Abbadon members during day one of the games."

Richard> "In addition to that, I have pretty good insight on Blake's powers too."

Aqua> "It looks like we have a pretty good start then."

Quentin> "Right, can you tell the masters who aren't aware?"

Richard> "Blake's Magic is unique to him, it may seem like your typical dark and shadow magic, but it's not."

Jean> "Then what's so special about it?"

Richard> "His magic cursed him, he isn't fully human anymore. In fact, he is half-spirit now. This spirit is known as a dark spirit that takes over people and controls them to do irrational and impulsive things. Blake knows how to control it for the most part, but when his trauma is triggered, it goes out of control and takes over him like a demon would possess a human."

Quentin> "I see... On the bright side of this, at least he is fairly in control of it. However, if one of us were to trigger that trauma, it could be fatal..."

Dracona> "That's a good thing to keep a mental note of then if any of us fight him."

Richard> "Yes, now that we all have an understanding of it, we can tame it..."

Aqua> "Wow... I can't even imagine what that must be like..."

Richard> "He suffered greatly from it."

Aqua> "With a power like that, I'm sure he did."

Jean> "That shits scary... And you allowed someone that dangerous into your guild???"

Richard> "We're family, Jean."

Aqua> "That's the first I've heard of this, wow."

Jean> "Makes sense then."

Quentin> "Now, for the other two members..."

Artec> "During the mystery game between all guilds, they had a necromancer."

Quentin> "Yes, from what Ren told me she resurrects spirits from the dead. Apparently her spirit of choice is called Verna."

Artec> "Haruto told me Verna uses spiritual magic."

Quentin> "I see... Do we know of any other undead that the necromancer uses?"

Artec> "Nope."

Quentin> "Hm, I can assume that the necromancer was very close with Verna then, especially considering the chaos of the whole thing."

Blazera> "Sorry, I believe that was my fault. Shōjiki has tendencies to go overboard."

Quentin> "Right, if I recall correctly it is his power to cause discord between people?"

Blazera> "Yes."

Jean> "You all have questionable choices for guild members..."

Dracona> "Hey! Sometimes it works out in our favour!"
