Chapter 13: Sweet Evenings, Bitter Nights

August 17th, XXX, The Evening...

As promised, Dracona kept her word on training Pebbs this evening. This evening, she would teach Pebbs one of the most useful support magics, as well as how to unlock what is called the 'Dragon Force'.

Pebbs> "So, what are we learning today?"

Dracona> "Firstly, there's another First Generation Dragon Slayer Magic to learn."

Pebbs> "What element is this one?"

Dracona> "Sky Dragon Slayer Magic."

Kenji> "That one is fully support based, you can't even use those support abilities on yourself."

Dracona> "Yes, but you realize he can then use them on us, yes?"

Kenji> "Why do I have to be here?"

Dracona> "If you have such a problem, just leave."

Kenji> "Gladly will."

Just like that Kenji left with a big grin on his face...

Dracona> "Idiot... Ignore him. Anyways, let me show you what the Sky Dragon Slayer can do."

Pebbs> "Alright, lets see."

Suddenly Dracona took out her sword and cut Pebbs's arm.

Pebbs> "Uh, why did you do that?"

Dracona> "Just watch."

Dracona used the Sky Dragon Slayer's ability to heal injuries.

Pebbs> "Wait, so I can heal people and myself?!"

Dracona> "Unfortunately, only others. But, not only that."

Pebbs> "What else?"

Dracona> "You can Raise people's strengths too."

Pebbs> "That's actually sick. So if I was ever in a battle with a partner or something I can boost their abilities?"

Dracona> "Yup, and there's a lot more."

Pebbs> "This feels a lot more useful than the other ones."

Dracona> "The first two were just trial. You can protect people, yourself and use offensive wind attacks. Oh also you can protect yourself from any anomalies put on you."

Pebbs> "DAMNNN, this is cool."

Dracona> "I'm sure you will learn it quickly with your skills too. Especially since you already know Dragon Slayer Magic. Now, let's begin."

Dracona started with the basic attacks, Sky Dragon's Roar, Sky Dragons Claw, Sky Dragon's Wing Attack and Sky Dragon's Crushing Fang. Pebbs was easily able to learn the offensive attacks with ease.

Dracona> "Do you think you can handle learning the support magics?"

Pebbs> "Probably."

Dracona> "Okay, for these ones you really need to concentrate your magic energy into the other person when casting these spells. Let's start with the healing one."

Dracona cut herself on her arm with her blade.

Dracona> "Picture an energy generating in your palms, a warm green one. And picture it slowly closing the wound on me."

Pebbs> "Alright, let's try this."

Pebbs put his palm slightly above the cut Dracona had and contracted his magical energy into making a light, warm green aura. He pictured it in his mind closing the cut up. It took a little bit of time, but he was able to completely heal it.
