How to train your dragon-Like Mother, Like Son.

At the docks:

A few boats were docking at the dock while the smith was waiting for his childhood friend. He wanted to give the chief the good news about the next hire's success in the kill ring. Gobber had a feeling that Hiccup was ready to become the next hire to the throne.

But still, there was something that Gobber doesn't understand. How did both mother and son become this good at battling against the dragons when they were supposed to not know so much about them on the first day of training?

He did wonder if the dead wife of the chef, Valka, had some special way of training? And why the dragons always went after Hiccup at the end?

Stoick came out of the boat, and Gobber pushed these questions at the back of his mind as he went to greet the chief back home again.

"Did ya find anything yet?" He asked hopefully. "No, we didn't. I hope you hade some better luck than we had" Stoick murmurs as he angrily started walking towards his house with Gobber right on his heels, just to stop in his tracks after about five steps.

"Well, it depends. if ya mean about the next heir's process, then it's going great. But if ya mean training the other teens, then not so much. You see since the dragons won't get beaten by them at all. The teens are only able to get tossed to the side while our strongest teen is able to knock them out at most." was Gobbers answer.

Suddenly, a few villagers passed by saying stuff like "congratulations chef" and "your son is one of the best."

"Hiccup?" Asked stoick confused. "the one and only with magic hands and soon to be heir to the throne" Gobber answered proudly, as he watched Stoick's reaction.

Earlier that morning with Hiccup and Toothless:

"I think it's time we end the queen soon Bud. I say we locate that thing and figure out a few things about it first. then we find the King and tell him what we find out at the Queen's nest and figure out a plan there. after that, we attack the queen with the help of that other rider and dragons." Hiccup said to his best friend while petting his head.

" I agree, but we have to get help from Ghost the Flight mare and Sparks the Skrill as well. I am sure we will need those two as well. Sparks is fast like me and can shoot lightning bolts, being a strike class dragon, while Ghost can paralyze the queen's wings while we're flying down before it explodes." answers the Night Fury.

~time skip~

At the queen's nest, Hiccup went to talk to the queen herself. "Queen Fearius. I, prince Hiccup Forest-fire Horrendous Haddock The Third, am here to convince you to stop raiding all the human nests or the consequences will be bigger than you could ever imagine" Hiccup said out loud enough for the queen to hear.

"And I, Queen Fearius, will make sure that nothing happens to this beloved nests ruler. Anyhow, I am not going to stop the raids because every queen needs to eat food" the queen rudely answered back.

She came up from deep down below of the volcano of hell, as the other dragons called it. All Hiccup did was to nod his head and leave her alone.

Once outside with his dragon, who had to stay outside the volcano because no dragon was allowed to be inside at that moment, he started talking to his best friend.

" she is tall as a mountain, intimidating nature and about seven generations old. It will be hard killing her, despite her not having any battle experience yet, which is good news." Hiccup told the Toothless while mounting on his saddle-less back.

"That's all the news we needed! She hasn't been in a real battle, giving us the upper hand. All we need to do is cover us in monstrous nightmare saliva and you need a Gronekle iron armor and we will be ready to battle a battle no one will ever forget! Neither dragon or human, though it will be a mystery for the humans on how it happened" Toothless said excitedly.

Hiccup nodded and after telling the plan to the alpha dragon, they got home just in time to see a few boats closing in on Berk. "We also need a distraction for the vikings in the meantime" hiccup said to himself.

After getting to the cove and getting back to the village unnoticed, Hiccup went to talk to the dragons in the killing ring so he could explain them his plan.

After the chat, which ended up as an argument because of a certain Hideous Zippleback and a stubborn Monstrous Nightmare, the prince went back home so he could prepare a good distraction for Berk to notice that the academy's dragons will be gone soon.

Little did he know, Astrid Hofferson had noticed that Hiccup was gone the whole day, but how or why he disappears suddenly and reappears just as suddenly was a mystery for her to solve. She was not backing down from finding out.

Authors note extra long chapter! I was listening to this song while writing and I suggest you hear it too. Sorry for not writing in FOREVER. I was busy with other stuff and completely forgot to write it! I am really sorry, I promise to try to write a chapter much faster in the future. You may have noticed a word written in italics. There are going to be more words in the future those will be written in Italics, and translated to an easier version for those who don't know what the words mean.
