Farewell

After few minutes...

Won found herself chained inside a small chamber surrounded by white materials , sensors and some old equipments.

"What??!! Are you threatening me?? Nice idea oppaaa!!! But do you think you can straighten me with these empty threats and little useless plays??" Won scoffed.

"Threatening?? I dare to make threats to a poisonous snake like you... I've decided to eliminate you from the face of this world..."

"World?? You gonna kill me?? Come on!! Nerdy scientist like you.... who wouldn't even hurt a fly?? Do you want me to believe this?" Won laughed out loud.

"Do you know where you are sitting now??" Tae asked

"Where?!" Won asked.

"Straight under the rocket... my project site... look at these things around you.... my dummy prototypes... They gonna turn into untraceable ashes in a few seconds tomorrow morning.. at launch time" Tae revealed.

"I don't understand oppa..."

"I said... I'm going to happily fail this test just to eliminate a pest like you from the face of this earth... look around, these are mere cotton cloths... not the heat-resisting material I designed... my prorotypes are saved for next launch..." Tae explained.

"Oppa??! You can't do this.... I know you won't... not for these silly pictures..." Won screamed, worried.

"I'm not doing this for those pictures or for unleashing your bloodthirsty Rottweilers inside my mansion campus or for trying to drug my Kookie that day...." Tae said...

"Yes!!! I'm so sorry, forgive me... I don't deserve this big punishment... I know you can't do this to me... you are trying to scare me... I get it... Take me back to Seoil..."

"I said I'm not doing it for those things... I forgave you for that!!! But how can I forgive when you nearly killed my pregnant Kookie by adding oyster sauce in his food??"

"I didn't know he was pregnant at that time... Trust me... I wouldn't have done that if I knew..." Won lied for life

"Ok.... lets consider I  forgive you for that... but..... Are you gonna deny that you tried to poison Bam in dog shelter...??!"

"That's a mistake.... it's just a dog..." Won cried. The layers of deception and revenge unfolded, revealing the intricate web of emotions and actions that had led for Tae's  intense rage...

"Ok.... let's think I can forgive you for all these mere mistakes you made in your life... is that all you did??? Did I miss something?!" Tae asked, probing for any hidden truths or further revelations.

"That's all I did...!!! I get it... its my mistake... I will never interrupt your life... oppa... Take me back... I'm scared... stop scaring me..." Won cried.

"See... you are still trying to hide everything... After all this??!"

"That's all, I guess... wait... I befriended Mirae to know about Kookie... I played her... I ill-treated her, I spread false information about Kookie... made him suffer in the office... That's all.... I was just a jelly girlfriend... don't portray me like a villain..." Won said.

"Girlfriend?? Haaa... nice one!!! Come out of that imagination!! You are no one to me... you are calling yourself my girlfriend... ??! Do you even have any shame?" Tae questioned.

"Fine... I'm sorry I did that...  I did it for you... won't do if anymore Trust me... I will leave this country..." Won pleaded. The layers of deception and manipulation were slowly unraveling, leaving behind a tangled web of consequences and emotions.

"Is that all you remember?!" Tae asked in an angry tone.

"Yeah!!! That's all I did... oppa, please..." Won said.

"Come on, Won!! Tell me.... what are you wearing around your ugly neck... ??"

"Omg!!! This...??!!! I'm sorry... it's Kookie's pendant... I stole it... I don't even know what's this... I'm just wearing it to irritate you... nothing else.." Won said, looking at the pendant Kookie used to wear.

"Oh really??! Don't you know its significance??? That's unbelievable.... you exactly know what it is... and out of all the accessories, you chose to steal it...??!"

"Are you going to kill a young girl for stealing??? Don't do that, Oppa... you won't be able to forgive yourself if you do this now..." Won said.

"For stealing??? Yes... !!! If I had to kill you just for stealing and everything else I mentioned  above... I probably would regret killing you... but... you did something more than that... tell me what you did... I'll try to forgive you before you die..."

"I did nothing else.... Trust me.." Won begged.

"Why did you specifically take the pendant...?? I know that's you collecting your winner's trophy.... you are the one who forced Kookie's friend to give that pill after many days of our cruise night... and that too not a normal contraceptive pill... you purposely gave that drug to kill my child in case he gets pregnant... that day you almost killed  Kookie.... you threatened his friend's life to make her do this... I just found these before 8 months... how could you...??" Tae askedtaking off the pendent from her...

"I didn't know Kookie was pregnant... I just did that to prevent any such situation..."

"Who are you to decide about my kid?? You killed my first child... you took away three years of our life... the important thing is you are still going on.. I should stop you here... understand... I have no other way than to eliminate the pest that is ruining my home... I don't want you in the world where my baby is born... it's already a day late.... you shouldn't live after tomorrow..." Tae said.

"You will pay for this??!" Won yelled

"Pay for what??  Ignition charges?? I won't, dear... the government is paying for this... luckh you.... your father is going to start the countdown tomorrow..."

"You can't kill me... my father will find you and punish ypu eventually.. Hwasa unnie is waiting for me... she knows I'm with you...." Won said

"awwwww!!! My brilliant baby.... still so stupid... she is with me...  She did half of the plan... and had free europe tour with you... no one else knows that you are here in Daegu... remember??? The rented car is in Hwasa's name... Yoongi's guest house... no public sightings.... You are pufff... vanished from Seoul... not a single soul other than my friends knows about this... not even my parents..." Tae said confidently.

"Oppa, I'm sorry!!"

"Ask your forgiveness from my baby in heaven... sorry!! You can't... you are going to hell.... you lost that chance as well."

"Your child should not start life with my death... please, oppa... I think it's a son. Right ??? I'm happy for him, oppa... Son, right?" Won asked in a soft tone, pretending to be vulnerable.

"You will never know," Tae replied, maintaining his stoic demeanor.

As Tae uttered his  farewell, "It's getting late... I'm leaving... sorry and bye... Smile at that hidden camera tomorrow morning at 9. It's a live feed... and Won!! Remember??! it's your camera... you left it at my house on that day when you visited... Enjoy yourself! Hope you regret everything you did to a pure boy just for your desire to get me... He dont wvrn know my plan... I doubt he will lef me proceed with this plan" Tae said

"Oppa... I'm scared..."

"Don't worry.... it will be over in seconds.... you just have to spend the scary night alone under this beast... Byeee." Tae turned around to leave.

"Don't do this... by any chance I survive this... I will end your whole family."

"Good luck with that!!! I'll come tomorrow to check the ashes... I'll make sure to gift a similar pendant for your father..." Tae said and left the place, ignoring Won's pleadings and threatenings.
