22| Coparenting

I threw my bag harshly in the table, making Erin jolted before she looks up on me with a very confused gaze.

"Bella what happened? Are you ok?" She asked which leads me to hysterically chuckling in madness.

"Am I okay?" I sarcastically repeated "Brielle is a smart girl" I started, still feeling shaky while glaring at how she look so confused right now.

It took her a seconds before nodding "she is"

I walked back and forth while shaking my trembling hands in distress before diverting back.

"My daughter was asking me last night if you're her mama" I sternly stated in gritted teeth.

And my question made her shoulder tense up "what did you say?"

I took a deep breath before loosing up "Do you really, really want to be her mama? Because if you do, you should know that you can't just leave her whenever it damn pleases you because I will literally fucking kill you if you break my daughter heart Erin Lane"

Her lip formed a smile but before she says something, I halted her using my index finger "I have rules Ms. Lane"

"Wow and look who showed up!" Audrey sarcastically telling everyone the moment I pulled out a chair to sit with everyone smiling to my suddenness.

I grab the glass and immediately pouring a wine "tonight is my day off so I'm here to join" I say to everyone awed reaction.

"I thought Viv was still on rest day?" Audrey asking.

I leaned against the chair before savoring the wine and looking to Audrey and Maddy after "Bee is with Erin, she's in her place right now" there I breathed.

And the information immediately made Audrey jaw dropped "what did I just heard?! Did I heard it right because damn babe I almost push out my baby out of my vagina!"

As always, Audrey is overreacting and effortlessly caught almost everyone attention to our table.

"My client saw Bee with Andrea at some cafe and he happened to brought out her name and Erin figured it out. Apparently, I have a very, very smart five year old daughter who asked me if Erin is her mama in just meeting her in one day and she already figured it out and who am I to takeaway such an opportunity for Bee to meet her mama so in the future she'll not feel incomplete or have these questions stuck in her head.....so there you go girls, we'll be coparenting bee" I explained then drained the whole glass before reaching the bottle for refill.

"That's good a decision Bella" Maddy seriously agreeing as she reached out to my arms and giving me a smile.

"How is it a good decision to let Erin meet Brielle after she abandoned them both?? Then deciding to showed up after 5 years?? If I were you, I'm gonna let Erin die for begging" Audrey is so furious right now while massaging her huge belly in distress.

"This isn't about Bella and Erin, Aud" Maddy pausing "This is for Brielle sake. She has the right to meet Erin and Bella is right. Sooner or later, no matter how Bella gives everything to Bee, there will be a part that she'll feel something is missing. A question that will linger in her head"

Audrey and I both know that Maddison is right.

My phone chimed in and it was a voice message from my daughter and yes I gave her a phone just in case she needs me.

My little 🐝: mommy....

Just that and my world is shaking of what the hell happened? And without further ado, I stand up and drive to Erin place.

I'm a mother who felt very nervous that I'm willing to hit even the red stoplight like flash if I needed to.

But luckily, there was no red stoplight on my way to Erin place and right now running my way to her unit.

"Brielle?!" Erin opened the door and my feet rushed inside only to see my daughter smiling at me while sitting in the table.

"Mommy we cooked a lot" she smilingly gesturing the table while I place my hand on top of my chest for feeling like I'm about to die if something bad happens to my daughter.

"Fudge Brielle I thought something happened! don't you give me that voice message again!"

She pouted in sadness "I'm sorry mommy, I just wanna show you that mama and I cooked a lot so we can have our first dinner as family" her little voice sounding shaky that the guilt of scolding her instantly kicks in.

I guilty glanced at Erin before she walks to bee to gently patting her head "it's okay bee, you just got mommy so worried but she's not mad" then bee looks back to me in hopeful teary eyes.

Damn it. Of why I have a short temper!

"Sorry baby, I totally appreciate it, it's just that....you got me so worried that something bad might happen when I wasn't around you" I say whilst walking towards her and immediately hugging her small body "you know you're my most precious jewel in the whole wide world"

She then breakaway as she looks up with a furrowed brows at me "are you drinking while driving again mommy?" and it made me speechless "mommy didn't I tell you to not drive when you had a drink?"

Why does it look like in just a second it flips up and right now I'm the one who's on the spotlight while Erin is also judging me.

"Just had one glass of wine with aunty Audrey and Maddy....why don't we start to eat what you guys cooked. Looking at it is making me starving"

"Reasons" Bee muttering while I stand dumbfounded of why she got so much from me?

It's like dealing with own small version.

We started to eat dinner and can't lie but watching Brielle having a conversation to Erin can't stop me from smiling.

Brielle sure look so genuinely happy right now and that is all I need to see. That I'm willing to set aside our damaged history for my daughter because she deserves all the happiness.

"Mommy we cooked so you do the dishes" my mouth partly opened but what can I do when they're both giving me a look?

"Fine. You guys are teaming up against me huh?" I say between standing up to collect the plates.

"Can we please watch moana after? Let's have a movie marathon"

I look up with a perking brows and stern expression "it's past bedtime young lady and you know you can't get tired"

Yet she turned to Erin using her card face "mama....please tell mommy that we're watching"

And when Erin diverts to me, I arched my brows while waiting for her to speak "let's have a sleepover in the living room? Come on Bee you know she will fall asleep eventually"

I was caught off guard when she calls me bee and it took her a moment to realize what she just called me while my little daughter is now glancing back and forth to us with a huge questionable expression.

"You call mommy bee too? Why?"

Erin is now looking on edge, can tell by how her ears usually turned red whenever she's nervous.

"Go set up the living room before I change my mind" I say to Brielle then glared Erin after.
