eleven

it was a rainy, quiet saturday night and the dorm was peacefully quiet. everyone in their rooms, being comforted by the sound of the rain.

seungmin and jeongin were cuddled up under their blanket when jeongin sighed heavily.

"i feel weird," jeongin mumbled, not looking at the older boy.

"what's wrong innie?" seungmin lightly placed his fingers under his chin so he could look at his face.

"i don't know," jeongin softly said. "i don't know how to explain it. like, you know how i was feeling really tired and hot?"

"yes," seungmin remembered how exhausted his innie was feeling.

"well i'm still feeling like that. i thought it was because of the event we had but it still comes back. and lately i've just been feeling weird.." jeongin slightly frowned.

"okay.. do you feel anything else?" seungmin tilted his head, softly caressing his chin where his fingers were still placed.

"just the hotness and fatigue," jeongin blushed a deep red when he remembered another thing, "and my sensitive nipples and heavy breathing. maybe the loss of appetite too when i was sleeping a lot? oh! and i always have to pee!"

"hmm okay should we google it? see what we find? i'm sure it's nothing innie." seungmin softly smiled at his lover. google was never a good idea but these two always seemed to rely on it.

jeongin thought about it and nodded, both immediately grabbing their phones.

they both typed in the symptoms onto the search bar, getting the same result.

"minnie.. are you getting the same as me?" jeongin bit his lip as he flipped his phone to face seungmin, getting a nod from the older boy who also showed him his phone.

"no no, that can't be right," jeongin shook his head and he began typing in his phone again.

he tried to reword the symptoms, change up the order in how he had them, and even took one off, each time getting the same results. almost all of them read 'could you be pregnant?' or 'early pregnancy symptoms you could be experiencing.'

"innie.." seungmin sat down on their bed crisscrossed as jeongin did the same. "we have been having a lot of sex.. unprotected too.."

"yes, i know.. i just got caught up in the moment.. it just never crossed my mind that this could happen," jeongin looked at seungmin with worried eyes.

seungmin saw the look on jeongin's face and immediately grabbed his hands as he caressed them, "hey, hey. it's ok. we were both caught in the moment.. it was new to us, so don't blame yourself.. we don't know for sure if that's what this is. we have to get a test to find out."

jeongin suddently wrapped his arms around seungmin in a tight embrace. he took a deep breath as he nodded at the older boy. "okay let's go right now. the store should be open still."

and so they did. they got up, put on jackets to keep them warm and dry from the rain, beanies, face masks for their safety, and glasses.

"hey, we're going to the store real quick, do you need anything?" seungmin asked their hyungs who were all in the living room watching the tv.
