eight

it's been about almost a month since seungmin and jeongin shared their first intimate moment. they couldn't keep their hands off of each other since then, sneaking away when they had a chance, or meeting in the restroom stall during a dance practice break for a quick relief.

surprisingly none of the members were suspicious of the two, seeing how they were always attached by the hip.

but alas, their romantic intimacy was put on hold due to their busy schedule since their live event was shy of a month away. practices almost every day, fittings for their stage outfits, sound checks.

so there they were, at the company, on their last dance practice of the day.

"i'm so proud of you guys! everything seems to be running smoothly, your dances are coming out great!" chan praised the boys as they sat down trying to catch their breaths after finishing up.

"you ok, innie?" felix and han both noticed their maknae breathing extra hard as he drank some water.

"yes, i just need to catch my breath," jeongin slowed his breathing, feeling really hot. "i guess i went too hard on todays practice."

"just take it easy, you don't want to overwork yourself before the event," han put his hand on jeongin's shoulder in a comforting way.

jeongin gave them a reassuring smile as he drank more of his cold water, finally feeling himself cool down. he did feel a bit worn out, but he figured his body was just tired since they have been working extra hard lately.

the first thing jeongin did when they got back to the dorms was take a long, hot shower. it relaxed his body and he felt himself getting more tired by the second, his body longing for some sleep.

so as soon as he washed himself up, he went back into his room, changed into some sweat shorts and one of seungmin's comfortable sweaters. he plopped into their bed, almost immediately falling asleep.

"innie, are you hungry, we-," seungmin stopped mid sentence when he looked at his lover who was fast asleep.

he smiled softly at the younger boy and gently laid their fluffy blanket on him. he pressed a small kiss onto his forehead and left their room, letting him sleep in peace.

"where's innie?" hyunjin asked when seungmin walked to the rest alone.

"he's sleeping," seungmin said in a hushed tone.

"he's not going to eat?" changbin questioned, it was a while since they all had their last meal, which was breakfast.

"no, i guess not? he seemed really tired on our way back from practice." seungmin furrowed his eyebrows.

"it's ok, i'll set aside a plate for him in case he gets hungry later," minho said with a straight face as he got up quick to serve the said plate.

a few hours passed and seungmin was back into their room ready to go to bed. to his surprise, jeongin was still sleeping. it shocked seungmin a bit, jeongin did not like spending his whole day sleeping. he felt robbed of his day if he did.

seungmin laid under the blanket with him, careful not to wake him up. jeongin immediately snuggled into seungmin once he felt his body next to his.

"innie, you're not hungry?" seungmin cupped his cheek as he whispered to him.

"no, i'm too tired," jeongin sleepily said, burrowing his face into seungmin's neck.

seungmin furrowed his brows once again. jeongin was really tired then. seungmin chuckled lightly at his cute lover. "rest up, sleepy baby, you deserve it."

and so they both fell into a deep slumber, and the plate of food minho prepared stayed in the refrigerator.
