The spaceship glided through the cosmic expanse, stars glistening against the inky canvas of space. Bulma sat in the captain's chair, a contemplative expression on her face as she stared out at the vastness before her.
Raditz approached her, his step light so as not to disturb her thoughts. "Morning, Bulma. How are you holding up?"
Bulma looked up, offering a small smile. "Morning hun I'm doing okay, considering. Just thinking about what we're going to do once we get back to Earth."
Raditz took a seat nearby. "Yeah, about that. Any plans?"
Bulma sighed, her gaze returning to the stars. "I'm not sure. Part of me wants to get back to my projects, my inventions, but another part just wants a break. It's been quite the journey, hasn't it?"
Raditz nodded in agreement. "That it has. But hey, we'll figure it out. Maybe take some time off, enjoy the peace. You deserve it."
A soft chuckle escaped Bulma. "I guess you're right. We'll see how it goes." Bulma turned to Raditz with a thoughtful expression. "Do you ever miss the old days, Raditz? The battles, the adrenaline?"
Raditz smirked, a hint of nostalgia in his eyes. "Sometimes, yeah. There was a certain thrill to it, you know? But things change. I've found something else worth fighting for now."
Bulma smiled, appreciating the sentiment. "We all have, haven't we? It's funny how life takes unexpected turns."
Raditz leaned back, crossing his arms. "Tell me about it. I never thought I'd be sitting on a spaceship, traveling through the stars with a group of Saiyans and a brilliant scientist. But here we are."
Bulma chuckled. "Life is full of surprises, Raditz. Speaking of which, what about you? Any plans for when we get back to Earth?"
Raditz scratched his head, thinking. "Not sure. I've been considering settling down a bit, you know? Maybe find a place to call home. Live a quieter life."
Bulma raised an eyebrow playfully. "Raditz, the mighty Saiyan, seeking a quiet life? Never thought I'd see the day."
Raditz laughed. "Well, maybe I'm getting soft in my old age. Besides, I've got someone to share it with now."
Bulma's eyes sparkled with understanding. "You mean me?"
Raditz nodded, a warm smile on his face. "Yeah, you've made this journey more than just a quest for Saiyan survival. You've made it an adventure, Bulma."
Bulma blushed slightly, grateful for the sentiment. "Well, I guess we're both on this adventure together, Raditz. Who knows what the future holds?"
Their conversation was interrupted by Nappa's booming voice from the doorway. "Hey, Raditz, it's your turn to cook. Get in the kitchen!"
Raditz rolled his eyes. "Fine, fine. I'll be right there." He turned back to Bulma. "Guess duty calls. We'll talk more later, okay?"
"Sure thing. Don't burn anything." Bulma chuckled giving him a reassuring smile and a quick kiss before Raditz headed to the kitchen.
As Raditz headed to the kitchen, he found Nappa there, grinning mischievously. "About time, Raditz. I'm hungry!"
In the kitchen, Nappa joined Krillin and Broly, who were engaged in a lively conversation with Vegeta and Goka about the different types of food Broly had consumed on Vampa.
"Hey, Nappa," Krillin greeted, "we were just talking about Broly's diet on Vampa. It's fascinating."
Nappa grinned, taking a seat. "Oh, you haven't seen anything yet. This guy can eat anything and everything."
Broly nodded in agreement, a calm expression on his face. "Food is good. Makes me strong."
Krillin chuckled, feeling a bond with the gentle Saiyan. "Well, back on Earth, we've got all kinds of food. I'll have to show you around. We've got spicy food, sweet food, you name it."
Broly smiled, genuinely excited. "I like water."
The statement caught everyone off guard. Krillin, Vegeta, and Goka simultaneously fell over anime-style, and Krillin couldn't help but sweat drop when he got up. "Water? Well, that's a start."
Nappa burst into laughter, clapping Broly on the back. "Broly, my man, you're a simple guy. I like that."
------
Goka and Broly stood in the open training area of the ship, preparing for a friendly sparring session. Nappa, eager to share his expertise, joined them, ready to offer guidance. Vegeta leaned against the doorway, arms crossed, silently observing the upcoming exchange.
Nappa clapped Broly on the back. "Alright, Broly! Show us what you've got. Goka here is one of the toughest fighters I know."
Broly nodded, his demeanor calm and focused. Goka took a defensive stance, her eyes locked onto Broly. The training area hummed with anticipation.
As they began, Nappa offered advice, pointing out strengths and areas for improvement. Goka moved with agility, her punches and kicks precise. Broly, with his quiet intensity, showcased raw power and a unique fighting style. His movements were surprisingly fluid, and his attacks were both powerful and controlled.
As the spar intensified, Broly's raw power and potential became apparent. His movements were a mix of brute force and surprising finesse, showcasing a unique fighting style. Goka, with her well-honed skills, adapted quickly, aiming to push Broly to discover his limits.
Nappa, a seasoned warrior, couldn't help but interject occasionally, offering advice and encouragement. "Broly, use your weight to your advantage! Goka, don't underestimate his speed."
Vegeta watched with a critical eye, acknowledging Broly's potential. He remained silent, his thoughts veiled behind a stoic expression. Meanwhile, Nappa's enthusiastic coaching continued.
Raditz approached, watching the intense exchange. "Impressive, isn't it? Broly's power is something else."
Vegeta grunted in acknowledgment, his eyes never leaving the sparring Saiyans. Raditz smirked and decided to shift the conversation. "So, Vegeta, what do you think of Goka?"
Vegeta shot Raditz a glare. "What's it to you?"
Raditz chuckled. "Oh, come on, Vegeta. You can't fool me. There's something there, isn't it? Do you like her?"
Vegeta sighed, looking at Raditz with a raised eyebrow. "Since when do you care about who I like? It's none of your business, Raditz."
Raditz crossed his arms, leaning against the doorframe. "It is my business. She's my sister."
Vegeta sighed in annoyance. "Fine, yes. Happy now?"
Raditz burst into laughter, ruffling Vegeta's hair playfully. "I always knew you had a soft spot."
Vegeta scowled and pushed Raditz away. "Don't get carried away."
Raditz, still grinning, attempted a more serious tone. "Just remember, Vegeta, that's my sister you're dealing with. Don't break her heart, or I might have to break you."
Vegeta rolled his eyes. "You forget who you're talking to, Raditz. I could snap you like a twig."
Raditz smirked, undeterred. "Ah, but you wouldn't hurt me, would you-"
Vegeta cut him off with a glare. "I could kill you without breaking a sweat, Raditz. Don't forget that."
Raditz raised an eyebrow, smirking. "Yeah, yeah, tough guy. But you won't, because deep down, you know I'm right."
Vegeta huffed and continued to watch the sparring session, Raditz walked away, and he couldn't help but smile. Vegeta's tough exterior might not crack easily, but Raditz saw a glimpse of the prince's vulnerability. And for Goka, his sister, that hard-headed prince might be exactly what she needs.
