The day of Vegeta's surprise barbecue arrived with clear skies and a gentle breeze. Goka, determined to get Vegeta out of his Saiyan armor for the celebration, found herself in a tug-of-war with the stubborn prince.

"Goka, I'm ready. What's the fuss about?" Vegeta declared, standing defiantly in his Saiyan armor.

Goka crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing in determination. "Vegeta, we talked about this. You need to change into something more... appropriate."

Vegeta scoffed. "This armor is appropriate for any occasion."

Goka sighed, stepping closer to him. "Vegeta, it's a casual barbecue with friends. Just change into something normal."

Vegeta shot her a defiant glare. "I am normal. This armor is part of who I am."

Their argument escalated, tension building in the air until Goka, frustrated, grabbed Vegeta by the front of his armor and pulled him into a heated kiss. The sudden shift caught Vegeta off guard, but he quickly responded, the argument fading away as their lips met in a passionate exchange.

As they broke the kiss, Goka smirked. "Now, are you going to change?"

Vegeta, slightly dazed, glared at her but conceded. "Fine. But only because I want this ridiculous argument to end."

With a triumphant smile, Goka led Vegeta to the bedroom, ensuring he changed into more casual attire. Once satisfied, they made their way to Capsule Corp.

As they arrived at Capsule Corp, Vegeta wearing regular clothes, and the Z Fighters, along with Bulma, Raditz, Nappa, and Chi-Chi, greeted them. The excitement was palpable, but the surprise element didn't last long.

"Surprise, Vegeta!" they yelled, but Vegeta's reaction was less than thrilled. He jumped in surprise, a scowl forming on his face.

Vegeta jumped in surprise, a scowl on his face. "What is this nonsense?"

Nappa stepped forward, grinning. "Relax, Vegeta! It's your birthday surprise. Enjoy it!"

Vegeta grumbled but didn't say anything as he moved away from the crowd, and distanced himself from the group.

Goka, ever understanding of Vegeta's personality, approached Nappa and the others.

"He's just being himself. You know how he is," she explained to the others. "He's not one for surprises or socializing."

The barbecue continued, and Goka found herself chatting with Raditz about his new hobby of helping with the inventions Bulma had been working on. As they laughed at the stories Raditz told of working in the lab, Goka couldn't help but notice that Vegeta hadn't taken any food.

Excusing herself, she went over to him. "You should eat something, Vegeta."

Vegeta glanced at her, his expression softening. "I'm fine."

Goka sat down beside him, plate in hand. "You can't avoid them forever. Besides, it's your birthday. Try to enjoy it."

Vegeta grunted in response, but Goka persisted. "Come on, let's get you some food."

She led him to the food area, preparing a plate for him. As Vegeta ate, Goka sat beside him, a comfortable silence settling between them.

Vegeta finally spoke, "I don't need festivities to validate my existence."

Goka smiled, gently nudging him. "Nobody said you did. But sometimes, it's nice to let loose and enjoy the company of friends."

He shot her a sideways glance, a hint of vulnerability in his eyes. Goka could see beyond the tough exterior, recognizing the struggles and complexities that defined Vegeta.
