Vegeta, his scowl etched deep, stormed through the hallways of Capsule Corp. His fiery disposition echoed his internal turmoil after a good conversation with two idiots, turned annoying. The medical room, where Goka was, seemed like the perfect escape to vent his frustrations.

Pushing the door open, Vegeta entered the room without a word. Bulma and Goka were engrossed in conversation, but their hushed tones ceased abruptly upon his arrival. Goka shot a quick glance at Bulma, her eyes narrowing in a silent plea to keep their topic under wraps.

Vegeta's scowl deepened, sensing the shift in the atmosphere. "What's going on here? Did you figure out what's wrong with her?"

Bulma sighed, her gaze sympathetic, though tinged with a hint of pity. Goka, however, cut in before Bulma could respond. "It's time to leave, Vegeta."

He furrowed his brows, his irritation growing. "Leave? Did you find out what's wrong or not?"

Bulma hesitated for a moment before responding, "Not yet, but I'm working on it."

Goka interrupted, "Time to leave, Vegeta."

Vegeta, his curiosity piqued, shot Bulma a scrutinizing look, but she only offered a sympathetic glance in return. Goka ushered him out of the room before he could press further.

As they exited the medical room, Bulma called after Goka, "You really should talk about it, Goka. Secrets won't help."

Goka waved her off dismissively, determined to keep her own counsel.

Once outside, Vegeta couldn't shake the irritation that had built up during the conversation with Krillin and Raditz. He had tolerated their prattle about tournaments, but their presumptuousness had left him seething. The drive to protect Goka clashed with the growing uncertainty about what was happening to her.

As they made their way home, an uncomfortable silence hung in the air. Vegeta, growing increasingly agitated, tried to break through the quiet. "What's going on, Kakarota? Why won't you tell me what's happening?"

Goka remained silent, her gaze fixed ahead. Vegeta persisted, his frustration mounting. "I deserve to know. We're partners."

Still, Goka offered no response, and Vegeta, recognizing the futility of pressing further at the moment, fell silent. The weight of the unknown gnawed at him, stirring an unfamiliar turmoil within.

Upon reaching their home, the tension lingered. Vegeta, determined to get answers, followed Goka inside. As she headed towards their room, he blocked her path. "We're not done talking about this."

Goka, her patience wearing thin, snapped, "Vegeta, drop it. I don't want to talk about it."

His eyes narrowed, uncertainty mingling with irritation. "You can't shut me out like this."

She shot back, "Watch me."

Infuriated, Vegeta tried to push past her, Goka, sensing his persistence, headed straight for their room and shut the door before Vegeta could enter.

Frustration etched across his face, Vegeta banged on the door. "Open this door, woman. I demand answers," he bellowed.

Goka's voice, muffled behind the door, responded, "Just leave it, Vegeta. I don't want to talk about it."

"What the hell is going on? You can't just shut me out like this!"

Silence echoed from the other side, aggravating him further. After several minutes of relentless banging, the door finally creaked open. Goka stood there, a forced smile on her face, a stark contrast to the turmoil in her eyes.

"What's your problem, Vegeta? Can't a woman have some privacy? It's just... women issues. Nothing for you to worry about."

Vegeta's expression shifted from anger to confusion. "Women issues? That's what all this secrecy is about?"

Goka shrugged, feigning nonchalance. "Yeah, what's the big deal? Now, if you're done being a nuisance, I'd like to get some rest."

She closed the door in his face, leaving Vegeta standing there, bewildered and frustrated. The air within their room felt heavy with unspoken words and tension.

Vegeta grunted, pacing the hallway, his mind swirling with confusion. Goka's abrupt change in demeanor and the secretive conversations left him feeling uneasy. For the first time, he hesitated to push her for answers. The warrior prince found himself caught between concern and the unfamiliar territory of personal boundaries.

As he walked, his mind raced with questions. What could be so secretive that Goka felt the need to shut him out? Women's issues, she claimed. Vegeta couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt for intruding into what seemed like a deeply personal matter. Yet, his Saiyan instincts urged him to press for the truth, to understand the cause of the turmoil in Goka's eyes.

After a moment of contemplation, Vegeta decided to take a different approach. Instead of confronting Goka directly, he opted for a more subtle tactic. He would observe, wait for the right moment, and try to piece together the puzzle without causing further distress. It was an unusual strategy for the proud warrior, but this situation demanded a delicate touch.

Inside the room, Goka leaned against the closed door, her façade crumbling. Bulma's words echoed in her mind – the pregnancy. She hadn't come to terms with it herself, and the prospect of sharing it with Vegeta was daunting.

Goka sank onto the edge of the bed, her mind a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. The weight of the revelation hung heavily over her, and she grappled with the fear of how Vegeta would react. It wasn't just about the pregnancy; it was about the impending shift in their lives, a shift from relentless battles to the responsibilities of parenthood.

A wave of nausea washed over her as she considered the implications of her unborn child inheriting the blood of Saiyan warriors. What would Vegeta think? Would he see it as a weakness, a distraction from their training and battles?

Yet, another fear danced at the periphery of her consciousness – the looming martial arts tournament. Goka had been thinking about it, since she heard about it earlier that day from Krillin, eager to prove her strength and defend her title. The prospect of not being able to participate due to her pregnancy filled her with a sense of loss and vulnerability.

The martial arts tournament was not just a competition; it was a crucial part of her identity, a realm where she could showcase her strength and determination.... who she was.
