Abby was now 7 months pregnant and she was happy to be pregnant but the cravings were the worse part, and if she wasn't craving pickles and peanut butter she was craving all kinds of things.
One day on the phone with Chris she was talking about some of the strange things she wanted to eat.
"I have never eaten so many different food combinations in my life. It is odd. I hope this kid doesn't come out liking pickles and ranch dressing." she said
"Well when my sister Carly was pregnant she craved slim Jim's and hot sauce." he said
"Slim Jim's and hot sauce oh god that's horrible. Yikes, relax little miss." Abby said, rubbing her belly.
"Princess giving you problems." he said
"Yeah she's been kicking up a storm since 6 am." she said
"So want me to bring anything over later for movie night." he said
"Yes ice cream lots of ice cream." she said
"Ice cream got it. Ok I'll see you later." he said
"See ya soon." she said hanging up with Chris.
Abby got up and felt the baby kick her again.
"Hey what's the issue little one, you've been kicking me all day." she said
Abby was about to head out to the kitchen when there was a knock on the door, she walked over to answer it and got the shock of her life.
"Surprise."
"Katelyn, when did you get back from Paris." she asked
"Last Night, oh my god so it's true your pregnant." Katelyn said, looking at Abby's growing belly.
"Yep, 7 months." she said
Katelyn and Abby headed to the couch and caught up.
"I still can't believe Jackson did that to you, sleeping with his secretary for two years. And hiding it. If that was my hubby he would be looking for his balls in a blender."Katelyn said
"And that could be the reason your not married." she said
"Abby, I'm not married for a very good reason. But I will tell you that I have been seeing someone and abs. Let me tell you that French men are very good at using their tongue. If ya know what i mean." she said
Abby and Katelyn laughed, Abby thought how great it was to catch up with her best friend.
It was a few hours later when Chris showed up.
"Ok I've got rocky road, cookies and cream, cookie dough, strawberry and oh sorry i didn't know you had company." Chris said
"It's ok Chris, this is my best friend Katelyn. She just got back from Paris." Abby said
"Oh very cool." he said
"Yeah it was very cool." Kate said
"Well I'm gonna go put these in the freezer, it was nice to meet you Katelyn." he said
"Nice to meet you too. Umm Abby can I talk to you for a sec." Kate said
Kate and Abby went toward the front door out of ear shot of Chris.
"Abby, you do know who that is right." she said
"Of course I know who that is, Kate, he's my boss Liza's client, and we've become really good friends. He's been helping me out a lot with getting ready for the baby." she said
