We headed to my home and then on New Years eve, we would spend it with Jasper's family. We've been doing it like this. But today would be a special one, because I planned that at 12AM, not only would Jasper and I have our 7th new years kiss, we would be announcing to the our family that we are engaged! It was a special one, I'd argue more than the past 6.
We walked into his aunt's house and we started to talk to his cousins who were extremely young, they weren't older, in fact, they were in middle school.
As time counted down, we had our 7th new years kiss. "Alright everyone. We have an announcement. First of all, in 2 weeks, it will be me and Juno's 7th anniversary, but we are saying this because- well why don't you say it?" "We are getting married!" I said putting my ring hand up. My mom squealed and his aunt squealed, our friends and family all congratulated. "Wow, my baby girl is getting older. And now, she's getting married." Mom said. I giggled, hugging her tightly. She was ecstatic and started to cry, saying she realized, that she had to hand me over now to another man.
