When we crossed into the Fae Kingdom, a wave of energy washed over me.

It was like walking into a living current of magic, electrifying and invigorating. The air seemed charged, tingling against my skin, as if every particle was humming with potential.

I took a deep breath, and a rush of exhilaration coursed through my veins. It was as if my own magic had been given a slight boost, blending seamlessly with the pulsing energy of the atmosphere. Colours around me seemed to glow with an intensity I had never witnessed before. The greens of the nearby plants were so vivid they were almost luminescent, and the petals of the flowers shimmered with an inner light.

Sounds took on a melodic quality, a gentle symphony of whispers carried by the breeze. The rustling leaves harmonized with the thrill of unseen creatures, creating a chorus that seemed to resonate through the very fabric of this new world.

I briefly closed my eyes, surrendering myself to this newfound power. I could feel it, a surging wellspring within me, responding to the call of the Fae realm. My senses were heightened, attuned to the ebb and flow of magic around me, as if I had become one with the very essence of this enchanted land.

The terrain beneath us transitioned, giving way to a lush expanse of enchanted forests and meadows that stretched as far as the eye could see. Trees, adorned with leaves that shimmered like precious gems, stood sentinel, their branches reaching towards the cerulean sky. Flowers of every conceivable hue carpeted the ground, their petals exuding a fragrance that was at once intoxicating and rejuvenating.

The very air seemed to thrum with life, as though every element of the natural world held a secret, ancient knowledge. Creatures, both familiar and fantastical, moved with a grace that seemed to defy earthly bounds. Winged beings soared overhead, their iridescent feathers catching the sunlight and I could have sworn I glimpsed a creature that bore a striking resemblance to an Amphitere soaring in the far-off sky.

In the distance, the heart of the Fae Kingdom beckoned. Towering spires of crystalline architecture rose against the horizon, their facets glinting like diamonds. The city itself appeared to be woven into the very fabric of the realm, a harmonious blend of nature and artifice.

As we continued to move deeper into this mystical realm, a sense of wonder and reverence washed over me. This new world was nothing short of astonishing. It was as though the very fabric of reality itself had undergone a profound shift. Everything around us took on a surreal quality, every detail heightened and infused with a vibrancy that defied explanation.

I turned to Alaric, unable to contain my awe, "This place is beyond anything I could have imagined!"

With a subtle trace of amusement in his voice, he responded from behind me, "It is a sight to behold, isn't it? The Fae Kingdom has a beauty that words can hardly capture."

I nodded, unable to tear my gaze away from the breathtaking scenery. Every step revealed a new marvel, from the flora that seemed to glow with an inner light to the creatures that moved with an almost ethereal grace.

As we ventured deeper into the territory, I could not shake the sense of being transported to a realm of pure enchantment. It was a world where imagination and reality blurred, and I found myself eager to uncover the secrets that lay hidden within its magical embrace.

It was then that a sudden realisation struck me.

"I've only ever heard of the Fae Kingdom in stories, not even Queen Nissa and your ancestors had access to this realm!" I rambled, a flurry of questions rushing out of me, "How is it that you and the Fae are able to reside here? Is this how you all were able to get back your magic?"
