Chapter 18: Fight (Ren's Part)

After getting angry at his brother, Ren ran and ran till he reached a fountain. He was tired from running so he sat down leaning against the fountain.

He thought about why his brother didn't tell him anything and kept quiet about it. But somewhere in his heart he felt that he should be blaming himself instead for not knowing.

"...God damn it...." He said. While he is cursing himself with what happened, he heard someone said "Oi! The hell are u doing alone here?"

Ren turned his head to see a guy with short spiky grey hair with bangs that cross in the middle staring at him. He almost got a shock of his life he would recognized the guy anywhere.

"O-Ogami Koga-san?!" He said. "Ah? U know who the hell I am?" The guy known as Koga asked. "H-Hai of course I know! I-I've been listening to DEADMANZ'S songs a lot and I would never mistaken the members!" Ren said excitedly.

He then suddenly goes quiet and said "Ah but....I nvr knew DEADMANZ has alr disbanded....Nii-san knew about it and yet...he didn't tell me about it..."

Koga continued to stare at Ren for a while. "Haaaa...I don't know what the hell is going on but I can assume you're DEADMANZ's fan?" Ren nods in response.

"...I don't know your brother at all but I want to ask u. Why do u think your brother kept our disbandment a secret?" Koga asked.

"....Well...Nii-san is nicer than anyone I know and he always wants to protect me even though I'm no longer a kid. I know that he's just worried for me. But...."

"...Tch I see now. With just that explanation I know why your brother decided to not tell you." Koga said. "Huh? Rlly? ....Um can u tell me?" He asked.

"...Sry but no. The reason should be told by your brother himself. I don't have any obligation to say it." Koga said. "But I'll give u a hint since I'm so kind to my fans." He added with a smirk.

Ren laughs nervously before Koga says "You're upset that your brother didn't tell u the truth. But what about if he tells u before u debuted? Do u rlly think he doesn't know what he is doing?"

"Huh?" Ren was confused. "Woah there I can't tell you anymore. Think for yourself what I mean." Koga said. He then added. "Oh right before I forget to tell you." "Hm?" "Which song from DEADMANZ do u like?" "Huh?"

Ren did not expect that question at all. He thought it would be something more serious. Nevertheless he answered. "I personally love Death Game Holic the most."

"Oh Death Game Holic huh? U sure have a good sense of music!" Koga said with a smirk. "Koga what are u doing here and who are u talking to?" A voice asked.

Both Ren and Koga turned behind to see a guy with slightly long, wavy black hair that stops at his shoulders and curves inward.

"Oh Sakuma-senpai what brings u here at Yumenosaki?" Koga asked. "My work ended early. I heard from Adonis-kun that there's a new unit that debuted today. I was curious so I came here." The person known as Sakuma said.

While the two were talking Ren couldn't believe his eyes. Not only did he just meet two members from DEADMANZ, his idol Sakuma Rei is literally right in front of him.

"Hm? Who's the boy?" Rei asked. "Oh he's one of the members who debuted today. Apparently he had a little fight with his brother." Koga said.

"Oh a fight? About what?" "This guy doesn't know that DEADMANZ has already disbanded. His brother knew about it and didn't tell him so he was mad and upset."

"And I just gave him a hint on why his brother would do that." Koga said. "Hm? Wait Oogami-senpai u knew I was one of the new idols who debuted just now?" Ren asked.

"Ah? Of course I knew I was there with Adonis after all!" Koga said. "Hm? I do not understand the full situation on what happened but I do know that something is bothering you boy." Rei said to Ren.

"Why not tell me what actually happened?" He asked. Ren couldn't say no to his idol so he told him. "I see so that's what happened." Rei said.

"...Although I don't know the exact reason I know Nii-san didn't tell me the truth for my sake. And yet I blamed him and even told him I hate him....I'm the worst type of little brother...." Ren said.

"Hmm u may say that I don't think your brother thinks that way." "Huh?" "I'll say your brother feels guilty for not telling u. But he feels more guilty when u said u hated him." Rei said.

"If Ritsu said the same thing to me I would definitely feel guilty for making him feel that way." He added. Ritsun? ...Oh right they're both brothers too. Ren thought.

He looked down as he still doesn't know what to do. Just then he heard some call him "R-Ren-san!" They all turned to see Ito running towards them.

"Ah? U...aren't u from my class? The one who is always quiet at the corner." Koga said. Ito got a little startled. He didn't expect Koga to be here.

"Koga let him talk, he seemed to want to tell Ren-kun something." Rei said. "Ah...U-Um...R-Ren-san..." Ren kept quiet to listen to what Ito has to say.

"U-Um...P-Pls don't blame King for not telling u...He just wants the best for u and he knew the consequences if he told you the truth before we debuted."

"What do u mean?" "U-Um..." Ito was about to say when he got cut off by Koga. "Oi that's enough the rest is up to him to think. Don't give him the damn answers."

"Besides I don't think there's a need to continue any longer." Rei said confusing Ren and Ito. Then they heard someone say "Ren!".
