At the backstage the members of Abyssal Hunters are taking a little break. "Sorry for intruding!" The door opened revealing the person who said it to be Ren. "Ah..R-Ren-kun...King..." Ito said happy to see that his fellow unit members were watching. "Good work Ito. You did well in the shuffle unit live and the drama." Shiro said as he hands Ito a bottle of water.
"E-Ehehe...T-Thank you..." Ito said. "Oya? Only greeting Takasaki-san that's rude don't you think?" Himeru asked. "Hai hai good work to you too." Shiro said. The rest laughed. "Fufu. In any case Himeru has to say you sure have changed." Himeru said confusing Shiro. "Who? Me?" Shiro asked as he tilted his head.
"Who else can Himeru be talking about?" Himeru said with a sigh. "....Even if you say that all of a sudden I don't think I've changed much though?" Shiro said. "Perhaps. But this is based on Himeru's point of view. After all the past you would never give yourself a second chance to trust others again even if you became an idol once more on a whim." Himeru said.
"...." Shiro says nothing as he knows Himeru has a point. "But that aside have you seen the message Anzu send?" Himeru then asked. "....Yeah I did. I can't believe she actually asked Ren and I to go back to that place again. Is she trying to traumatize us?" Shiro said with a sigh.
"Don't be like that. Anzu-san have a reason to call Himeru and the others there. Tomoe and Sazanami will be there too you know?" Himeru said. "....I know. But I can't help it. We have nothing but bad memories of that school." Shiro said. "I suppose that's true." Himeru said.
Besides it's the time where Kaname couldn't be an idol anymore. He then thought. "Well then I appreciate everyone coming to see us but it's about time we head back for an after party!" Mikejima said. "Ah...R-right! S-See you later....King...Ren-kun..." Ito said before leaving with the rest of the members of Abyssal Hunters.
"....We should head back too. While we're at it someone stop Akkun from trying to disturb their party." Shiro said. "Wai-?! Shirochin?! Did you just assume I'll be in their way?!" Subaru asked. "....I did." Shiro said. "Haha sure leave it to me! I'll make sure Subaru holds himself back!" Mao said.
"....Thanks Isara." Shiro said before the rest head back to their dorm. "Oh yeah Nii-san?" Ren asked as he and Shiro are walking behind everyone else. "....What?" Shiro asked back. "...Are we really going? Back to that school I mean." Ren said with a sad face. "....I know how you feel but we have no choice. It's for a job after all." Shiro replied.
"...But I suppose I can't blame you. At the same time it's also the reason why you had to repeat a year." He then added. "....Yeah. Anzu-san said the 8 of us will be performing as a whole there. Including Nagisa-san and Saegusa-san." Ren said. Besides that's not my point. I mean Nii-san, you suffered more than me after all... He then thought." ....To think all members of Eden, Himeru and Kazehaya Tatsumi will also be there. My blood pressure is going to increase tomorrow." Shiro said with a sigh.
"Ahaha....just try not to get Tatsumi-senpai to your head much or we may need to record again many times." Ren said. "...I know I know. Can't believe I'll need to hold myself back for tomorrow." Shiro said.
Just then his phone vibrated. Shiro took it out to see a message from Ibara. Curious he unlocked his phone to see what Ibara wants. It read: Hello there Your Honor! I will be looking forward to working with you again! Please rest well for tomorrow since I heard Kazehaya-shi will be coming as well! (P.S. I have a song ready for our live tomorrow!)
".........Damn you Saegusa. Adding salt to the wound...." Shiro said. "Nii-san what did Saegusa-san say?" Ren asked. "...He said he already did the song for tomorrow." "That's fast?!" "....Forget about that right now. The job is tomorrow not today. We can worry about it later." Shiro said.
"Hai~!" Ren said before he and his continued to follow the rest back to their dorm to do their own things.
(Note: Yes it's been a long time since I've last updated this. And yes I'm still alive. My work schedule and low motivation is making me lose the energy to do this but I thought I already edited more cards for the fanfic so why not put it to good use.)
(Next few(?) chapters is going to be mostly backstory. About what I've put hints in this chapter. Fyi for Yuugiri Reo, again my friend who's supposed to edit him still has exams till next year, so for now he'll only have a cameo appearance)
