Chapter 6: Potential

When they reached the dance room they saw someone inside. Subaru opened the door and said. "Pardon the intrusion!" "Oi Akehoshi/Akkun! Don't just barge in like that!" Both Hokuto and Shiro said.

"Wah...!" The guy with mid-length tousled black hair was surprised by the sudden intrusion. "I was wondering who is 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 it's Kagehira-senpai." Tsukasa said.

"Kagehira? From Valkyrie?" Shiro asked. "Shiro-kun u know Valkyrie?" Makoto asked. "I did hear their own songs a few times." Shiro replied.

"Then then why don't u sing one right now?" Subaru said. "Har?" "True. We're here in the first place only cause we wanted to see Ren-kun and Shiro-senpai's skills." Tetora said.

"Mikkii you're okay with that right?" Subaru asked. "Hmm...I guess so. Though it's so sudden so u better explain this ltr." The person known as Kagehira said.

"With that said the two should stand in the middle!" Subaru said as he and Mao pushed the two brothers to the middle.

"....And what's supposed to be our lunch time became a singing lesson. What should we do Nii-san?" Ren asked.

"....We've got no choice. We alr got dragged into this far it's too late to escape now." Shiro replied. "Ahaha... And? What song from Valkyrie are we going to sing?" Ren asked.

"Hmm...what about that song? The one we used to sing" "Okay!" Ren said. Shiro then took out his phone, went to search for the song and played it.

While the rest sit on one side of the room to listen, Kagehira immediately recognized what they're going to sing especially since the first line contains the title of the song.

There was a moment of silence before Subaru came hugging Shiro causing them both to fall. "Shirochin! Renchin! What's with your singing it's soooo good!!!" Subaru said.

"You're exaggerating me and Nii-san ain't that good." Ren said while trying to get Subaru off his brother. "No I agree with Akehoshi-senpai. U both have a 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀 singing voice." Tsukasa said.

"Same for me. Damn can't believe u two haven't debut as an idol yet. If u debuted long ago u would probably be the best where all of us wants to surpass u." Mao said.

"...Even Suou and the student council president too..." Shiro said as he try getting Subaru off him. "Mou...u keep calling me student council president but I have a name u know?" Mao said.

"Call him Sally!" Subaru said as he released himself from Shiro. "...Did u seriously give everyone nicknames?" Shiro asked. "Of course I mean giving nicknames means we're close friends!" Subaru replied.

"...And u do it for everyone?" "Yep!" Ren then nervously laughed while Shiro sighed.

...I knew it. Akkun, even if just a little bit, you've changed. The past u will nvr give have the chance to make this much friends. Shiro thought as he smiled a little without anyone noticing.

"In any case u can call me Isara or Mao!" Mao said. "Ah I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Kagehira Mika from Class 3-A." "Oh it's the same class as Nii-san!" Ren said.

"Rlly? I wasn't listening to class but u rlly are the transfer student!" Mika said happily. "...Don't say it like as if I'm a fake will u?" Shiro said. "Ahaha sry sry." Mika said.

Just then the bell rang. "Ah lunch is over." Makoto said. "...And we didn't even eat anything." Mao said. "My bad my bad I'll be sure to treat u ltr after school!" Subaru said looking not apologetic at all.

"Shirochin and Renchin u two are coming with us!" "Huh?" "A 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 idea Akehoshi-senpai! I want to hang out with Ren-kun more." Tsukasa said.

"Then it's decided. We best go back to class. We'll meet up at the school's gate to have our late lunch." Hokuto said. "Hm wait am I joining too?" Mika asked. "Of course the more the merrier!" Tetora said.

"...And we got dragged into something again." Shiro said with a sigh. "They sure a lively bunch. Different from our previous school." Ren said. "...Yeah." Shiro said.

"Looks like our school life may turn interesting from now on." "....Don't need it having Akkun and Trickstar dragging me tdy is alr enough." "Ahahaha...."

"Shirochin! Renchin! What are u doing? Hurry up or we'll leave u behind!" Subaru said with a smile. "...Hai hai we're coming now." Shiro said as he stood up.

"...Come on let's go or else our lively bunch are gonna leave without us." "Haaai!" Ren said as he walks out of the room with his brother.
