Chapter 43: It's Showtime! (Nightfrost)

Another few days have passed and currently everything is done including the designs. All there is left to do is to practice till the actual performance. The members of Nightfrost continued practicing hard until it was time for the performance.

And now it is finally time for them to sing on stage. "Hello everyone I sincerely thank you for coming to our shuffle unit live! Please enjoy yourselves to the very end! I am Saegusa Ibara from the shuffle unit, Nightfrost!" Ibara says as he starts the MC.

The outfit he is wearing is similar to the outfit for Knight Killers except instead of grey it's dark blue and the roses on their chest area is purple instead of blue. It also have the little furry tail behind them on the right side attached to their pants. It also have the little red cape from the Knight Killers scout from (!!) era. Ibara is also seen wearing a necklace with a rose symbol.

"And I am the leader of Nightfrost, Hanagaki Shiro. Don't you dare distract yourselves and divert your eyes from the stage just because I'm a newbie! We'll show you what we can do so be sure to listen till the end!" Shiro says as he comes out with Ibara. The audience screamed in response.

"Well then Saegusa time to introduce our other members." "Hai Your Honor! As you wish! Let's have them on stage! First off is from ALKALOID, Amagi Hiiro-shi!" Ibara says as Hiiro appears on stage. Hiiro's outfit is just like Shiro and Ibara's except the difference is that he doesn't have the necklace.

"Next is from Crazy:B, Shiina Niki-shi!" Niki then entered the stage as well. "And lastly is from Fine, Hibiki Wataru-shi!" Ibara said as Wataru appeared with the same outfit as Niki and Hiiro. The audience clapped as the members entered the stage one by one.

"Once again we are..." "Nightfrost!" Everyone says as Shiro starts. "Very soon our drama will start so stay tuned!" Hiiro said. "Well then King time to get ready!" Niki says as Shiro nods. "We'll be heading backstage right now but we'll begin shortly!" Shiro says as the unit left.

After a while the lights went off as the drama starts. It started with Ibara who talking to someone in the office. They seemed to be telling Ibara to scout some idols to join the agency. Ibara nods at this. "Well then I'm leaving it to you Producer." "Hai leave it to me Boss." Ibara says to the man who is the agency's president.

Ibara then set out to find some idols to scout. He first head to the bus stop to take the bus. As he head there he saw Shiro waiting there as well. As soon as he sees him he immediately thought that he has the potential to be an idol so approached him. "Hey you over there. Can I talk to you for a bit?" Ibara asked.

Shiro turned to see Ibara talking to him. "Eh? ...What?" He asked. "Ah sorry for being rude. I'm the Producer from 283(Tsubasa) Productions. Are you interested in becoming an idol?" Ibara asked. "....Idol? Nope not really." Shiro said. "How honest! But I can definitely respect that! I can promise you this is not a scam! You see when I first saw you I feel you like have the potential to be an idol." Ibara said.

"....Eh?" Shiro said confused Ibara continued even though he already refused. "Ah I'm sorry for confusing you but when I first saw you I just couldn't keep my eyes off you. I won't blame you for not trusting me but at the very least would you at least try and become one? Then you can decide whether you want to continue or not. But even if you decide to quit I can promise you for that trial I will give you wings and let you fly high!" Ibara said.

"....." For a while Shiro seems to thinking about it. "....Sure." He then said. "Ah of course you can think about i-! .....Wait what?? Sure?? Are you fine with not thinking it through? It may sounds weird coming from me but it's not good to just decide hastily you know??" Ibara said.

"Hmm...Yep. I think I should try it. Be an idol." Shiro said. Ibara looks speechless. A few seconds ago Shiro wasn't interested and now he wants to try. "...Well then shall we head to the agency? Even if it's for a trial you'll still need to sign the contract." Ibara said. "...Nope." "Huh?" "...I'll do it. Not for the trial though." Shiro said.
