Chapter 54: Tracing Defender and Killer x Mission

A week almost goes by and only one day left before Elysian's live. The three of them are busy practicing with all their might with the new song Ren had done and the outfits Ito did. Although Shu and Mika also helped they, of course, didn't tell that to Shiro yet.

Their friends also helped to prepare for the live as they were free and were excited to help. While the Elysian members are taking a little break from practicing Shiro decided to look through the lyrics again.

He then asked Ren. "....Hey Ren." "What's up?" "...How did you come up with it?" "Eh? Ahh you mean the song huh?" Ren asked as Shiro nodded in response. "To be honest it wasn't easy. Since I'm not a genius like you or Tsukinaga-senpai I had to do lots of research. But well in the end I managed to finish it within a week so i guess I'm actually talented?" Ren said with a chuckle.

"...Not as good as me though." Shiro said with a smirk. "Nii-san how mean!" Ren said as Ito laughed hearing the conversation. A while later they continued practicing for a few more hours before the members of Trickstar came and forced them to stop practicing making sure they don't overwork themselves.

The next day then came as it is finally time for the live. Despite still being new a lot of people attended including the members of Trickstar, Knights and even Valkyrie. "It's gonna start soon I'm so excited! Oshi-san don't ya think so?" Mika asked.

"Fumu true. It wasn't my work alone but since the outfits they're wearing are still made by me I should expect a perfect performance." Shu said with a smirk. "But I'm also looking forward to it as well! Especially because it's my first time seeing Elysian's live." Mademoiselle said.

"Oh right both Mado-nee and Oshi-san haven't seen their performance yet." Mika said. "Indeed. Which is why I'm looking forward to it. Hope they don't disappoint me." Shu said. Meanwhile the members of Elysian were at the backstage doing their last rehearsal.

"....Hey Ren, Ito." "What's wrong Nii-san?" Ren asked. Shiro kept quiet for a while before asking. "About the outfits..." "E-Eh? Ahh...was it not good...?" Ito asked. "Ah no that's not it. I do like the outfit so that's not the problem. But what I'm curious about is that the outfits weren't just created by Ito were they?" Shiro asked.

"What makes you think that?" Ren asked. "...Hmm somehow the outfits may look simple but the materials used for the outfits shouldn't be easy to obtain. So unless someone else helped you get them there's no way the outfits could be done in a week." Shiro explained.

"...Scary...." "Ito?" "....K-King...is too scary..." "Eh? Har? Why??" Shiro asked in confusion. "....Ahaha well since it's the day of our live itself I suppose I can tell you. Nii-san you were right in saying the materials weren't easy to get. That's when Itsuki-senpai and Mika-senpai came in." Ren said.

"Kagehira did? Also Itsuki as in the leader of Valkyrie? You two met him?" Shiro asked. "Yep last week on the day Ito-senpai, I mean Shadow went to tell you about the live we went right to the shopping mall right after you left for work. There we met both Valkyrie members." Ren said.

"....Ahhh I see now. Since Itsuki Shu is helping out I guess it would make sense that it only took you a week to get the materials and did the outfits." Shiro said. "Yep! Ah but the song was really written by myself." Ren said.

"Is that so?" Shiro asked as Ren nodded. Ito even nodded also to confirm. "Now then we should get prepared already. It's going to start." Ren said. "Yeah well then let's go! With our dark wings we'll fall and descend! 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲..." "Elysian!" Ren and Ito said as Shiro started off their catchphrase.

The three of them then head to the stage. "Hello there everyone! Thanks for waiting! We would like to thank you all for coming to our live! We'll start real shortly so sit back, relax and enjoy the show!" He said as the audience screamed.
