Chapter 11: The Hanagaki Brothers' Past Situation

"From what we know Shiro and Ren want their unit to be fallen angel themed right?" Mao asked. "To be precise it was Ren's idea." Shiro said.

"But why fallen angel? There must be a reason for it no?" Mika asked resulting in both the brothers being silent.

"...Huh? Did I say sth I shouldn't have?" Mika asked as he and the rest also tilted their heads in confusion. "...What should we do Nii-san? Should we tell them?" Ren asked.

Shiro didn't say anything but he seemed to be thinking if they should say it or not. "...Haaa I guess since they kinda have the right to know." He then said.

"What do u mean?" Hokuto asked. "Remember when we said we don't know much about idols and we don't even have a unit name? That was only half true." Shiro said.

"U-Um...M-Meaning...?" Ito asked. "It's true that we don't know much about idols but that's not the case for the unit name." Ren replied.

"Huh?" Now the rest are even more confused. Shiro then said "Isara and the other student council members alr know this but we're transfer students from Reimei Academy."

"Reimei Academy??" The rest except Mao said. "Hm? But don't they have an idol course there? Why would u transfer?" Tetora asked.

"U said on your first day of school that your situation there was complicated. Is the reason related to that?" Mao asked. "We should tell u this first before explaining." Shiro said.

"...Like Nagumo said there's an idol course at Reimei Academy. And me and Ren were once idols there." He added.

"Ohh so u both weren't newbie idols?" Tetora said in surprised. The rest, like Tetora, were surprised as well. "I see u actually have experiences as an 𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗹." Tsukasa said.

"And I assume u both were in the same unit even back then?" Makoto asked. "Yep! Although it wasn't just us. There were 3 people including us in the unit." Ren said.

"At that time our unit is based on angels since the other person who was our leader like those kinds of stories. Hence our unit name was Celestial." Shiro said.

"Celestial? Now that u mentioned it I remember reading about a unit from Reimei Academy that disbanded due to unknown reasons. They didn't rlly say the unit name though." Hokuto said.

"Then that's probably us. One day after we disbanded the article came out after all." Shiro said. "B-But why did u...d-disband...? Ito asked.

"....We were receiving hates a few days after we debuted." Shiro said making the rest except Ren gasped. He then continued. "A lot of the comments said our theme sucks or we were too childish for choosing that unit name."

"Then about your 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿? I don't think he's okay after receiving those comments." Tsukasa asked. "Suou is correct. Our leader was too stressed. A few days after we debuted we were receiving them every single day." Shiro said.

"E-Every day??" Mika said in shock. "Yeah and a few weeks ltr we found out most of those comments were from Reimei students. The non-idol students to be exact." Ren said.

"Wha-?! What were those students thinking criticizing their own school's idols?? That's just stupid!" Tetora said in slight anger although the anger was obvious on his face.

"I also don't understand why they would do this!" Tsukasa said with a frown. "Although I agree with Tetoran and Kyashi I want to know what happened after that." Subaru said with unusual seriousness.

"Like I said earlier our leader was stressed. It was too much for him to handle. I'll be lying if I said me and Ren wasn't affected but our leader was the most troubled among us." Shiro said.

"As a result he wanted to disband the unit. Normally we would object but we knew how hard he was handling it so we couldn't say no." Ren said.

"But even after disbanding we were still criticized, mocked and made fun of. Saying we're pathetic for not being able to survive with mere hate comments." He added.

"...Our leader hit his limit and finally changed schools to somewhere far away. We stayed cause Sazanami and Tomoe from Eve tried to protect us." Shiro said.

"E-Eve protected u?" Ito asked. "...Yeah but it wasn't enough. Even though Eve was helping us the students didn't stop. It even reached our parents and they decided to let us quit." Shiro said.

"....I was still a model at that time so I still had to attend work. Even Izumi tried to protect me after hearing the news. I was lucky I didn't receive those hateful comments as a model. That's why I'm still a model even now."

"But after what happened our parents didn't want us to become an idol for a while. Even if it's only for a while they wanted to protect us. So to respect that Ren decided to stay at home while I continued to be a model." He added.

After the story everyone, and I mean literally everyone, was super duper quiet. No one dared to say anything as if they're all trying to understand what the brothers went through.
