Batmans P.O.V

I sat in the cave as the rest of the Justice League talked, "What are we doing just sitting here we should be going!" Flash (secret identity: Barry Allen) said as he ran in circles
"Slow down Flash, not everyone has near unlimited stamina." Wonder Woman (secret identity: princess Diana of the amazons) said "Green Lantern needs to charge his ring and Hawk girl has been flying for long enough." she explained (secret identies: Hal Jordan and Shiera Sandars Hall), Superman (secret identity: Clark Kent) didn't talk but I could tell he was content despite the circumstances, we had been 'banished' to a planet with a yellow sun. This planet was quite weird actually, it was far closer to its sun than earth was but was ice cold, most of them were fine under this temperature because of their powers but I was begining to regret that I wasn't wearing my suit that was made to reglate body tempreture, however, no matter how cold I was, I wasn't showing it. I did also notice that being closer to this sun was making Superman more powerful.
"Done." Green Lantern said and we all got up and started walking across the ice dessert again, hoping to find the portal we had been thrown through.

Every bone in my body was sore from walking for so long, I was used to going days without sleep but not days without stopping and I felt even more sluggish from the tempreture, I think I might have frost bite but I refused to slow down the group, Superman flew over to my direction.
"Are you okay?" he asked quitely. I gave him a glare
"I'm fine." I said, but just then my knees locked and I fell to the ground, my mind felt fuzy and everything felt cold, horrible cold spreading trough every nerve in my body, I shivered. I heard voices freaking out but they sounded like everything was underwater, that might be it actually, I felt like I was floating and I closed my eyes and leaned into the blackness.

I woke up to the feeling of wind rushing past my face, I tried to push myself up but realised I was not lying on a bed as my hand hit nothing and I fell, an arm grabbed me and stopped me from hitting the ground although I might of anyways becuase reality was spinning and my mind was reeling. I opened my eyes and blurry faces I couldn't reconise stood surrounding me. Then voices started yelling
"He's awake!"
"Is he okay?!"
"Find somewhere to rest!"
the voices were sharp and loud and I winced and tried to cover my ears. I pulled my legs to my chest and kept my hands on my ears as I tried to figure out what was going on
"Guys!" the voice was louder than the rest and I curled up tighter and tried to block them out "We're clearly being too loud, give him a minute he just woke up." the voice stopped all the others and it made me feel safe, I looked up
"Wh-wts gowng om?" (What's going on) I asked, but there were black things covering my vision so I rubbed my eyes to try and get them to go away but then everything went black and usually I'd keep trying but I was just too tired... my back hit the ground and then I felt nothing...

The cold had frozen into my very core and it woke me up with a gasp, moving however made everything ache and I groaned. I squeezed my eyes shut and tried to huddle closer together and get warmer, I curled up and sunk more into the fabric of, well, whatever I was wrapped in.
"Is he awake?" someone asked. I shivered and opened my eyes, seeing a group of peopl- the Justice League standing in front of me. Everyone looked worried, Superman reached out to me and touched my cheek, as it was the only part of my skin not covered by my supersuit.
"He's freezing." Superman said, his hand was warm and I wanted to let him cup my face and be able to feel his warm skin on mine but he took his hand off and I wasn't going to say anything or bother reaching out of the slightly warmer blankets (which I now realised we're mine and Supermans cloaks).
"You shouldn't take your hand off, due to your powers you're body temprture stays at your normal, you are far warmer than him." J'onn said, I glared at him but ultimately it was my fault, I was too weak to raise mental shields, also is it just me or is it getting colder? I leaned into his hand as he placed it back on my face and had to fight to keep my eyes from closing.
"We should start searching again." Wonder Woman said she looked outside "We don't know how dark the nights are or how long the day is on this planet." she looked to me "Are you up to that?" she asked
"I'll carry him." Superman said, I looked at him immediately and was going to protest but why would I? What does it matter, I yawned, where are we anyways? What's going on? I!-- it's s-so cold, I need to sleep...

I opened my eyes to see the cold ground zooming past me, I turned around and Superman moved his arms so he was carrying me bridal style, wait what? "You passed out again." he said as I looked for ways to escape this. Then I shivered and my head throbbed "You're exhausted." Superman explained as he kept looking ahead "We managed to contact the goverment back on earth and they figured out how to open a portal for us, we just have to get there, but I counted, you haven't slept in the six days the Justice League has been working together, with unstopped labor for two of them, you always take watch duty, you never let down your guard, and as a result you can't stop yourslef from passing out (well hypothermia is to blame for that too but you see my point), you need rest, go to sleep." Superman said
"He's right." J'onn said as he flew beside us "Your strength is admirable but you need sleep." as much as I hated to admit it they were right. And besides, I felt safe with Superman, I trusted him; I turned away from the winds and changed to a more comfortable position, I let myself daze off into a dream as I listened to Supermans heartbeat and tried to block out the others conversation.

Supermans P.O.V

I checked ahead and looked down at Batman sleeping in my arms, I really wanted to see what he looked like but I had used my Xray vision for that before (to prove a point) and I didn't want to betray his trust again.

I looked back up as Flash called to the group
"Guys! The portals just up ahead." he yelled, so we all slowed down and dropped to the ground infront of it.
"What's on the other side?" Diana asked
"Presuably where ever they cerated it." I said
"Be ready anyways." J'onn said and we all nodded, I held Batman just a bit tighter and we all jumped through. I heard multiple gasps but they sounded weird and I had to try hard just to stand up for a second
"Sorry, the portal must drain your energy. We didn't have any chances to beta test it." a scientist said
"That's okay." Green Lantern said, I looked at them and then around
"Do you have any medical equipment or doctors?" I asked, the scientist seemed to notice Batman in my arms as I looked through the walls with my X-ray vision.
"N-no." Batman suddenly groaned "No hospitals." he said before passing out again
"He used to have to hide from police officers and if his alter ego showed up to the hospital with sever inguries questions would be asked. What he doesn't realise is that he's part of the league now. Either way, he probably has some sort of medical equipment in his base." J'onn said "I can take you there."
"Yeah, that's probably better." I said and I followed J'onn as he flew off. Once we got out of hearing distance I asked "Is his base just another mansion under his mansion?"
"You know his secret identity." J'onn said, he raised an eyebrow but didn't seem all that shocked "It's actually a cave, under his mansion." J'onn said and I snorted
"Bat-cave." I said
"That it what he calls it yes." J'onn said, and despite everything I laughed
"He takes the theme that far?" I asked
"Apparently so." J'onn said
"Someon should tell him that bats do sleep." I said, J'onn sighed
"He knows and choses to ignore it." he said
"He will be stubborn till the day he dies." I agreed.
