Blood

By the way I'm not an actual doctor so for the medical part if someone actually gets hurt use what I wrote as a last resort because it probably isn't right.
Also in some verions Batman is autistic, I think he would get affected by overstimulation a lot espessiacly when exausted and not able to properly handle the sensations, so I showed that in my writing (also I have ADHD so it might resemble that more then autism).
Batmans P.O.V

Suddenly an explosion sounded and both me and Superman spun around to it. "There are no cameras or windows in the house." I said and we both ran in and changed, I looked to Superman "Wait, use this time to make sure everything is okay in Metropolis. I work alone, I have that signal watch you gave me one of our first time working together, I'll use it if I need help." I said, Superman nodded and I ran outside and swung over to the explosion.

Supermans P.O.V

"There hasn't been anything for a few days now." the officer said, seemingly in awe at me actually talking to him
"Great, could you let people know that I'll be out of town for a while and make sure police contact me if anything happens." I said, he nodded and I flew back to Gotham, went into the house and changed back into my Clark Kent outfit.

Just as I finished changing Batman swung back in, I turned to him but saw a huge cut in his arm "Are you okay!?!" I ran over to him and grabbed his arm, he raised an eyebrow
"I'm fine clark, someone surprised me while I was distracted. It's nothing." he said
"W-what do you mean, 'it's nothing'. You're bleeding!" I yelled, Batman pulled his arm out of my grip and looked at me weirdly for a second before realisation came across his face.
"Superman, I don't have powers, there is nothing to stop me from getting hurt except for the suit which only stops regular human bullets. I get hurt all the time, I'm used to it." he said, I looked at him
"Y- you're... used. To getting hurt?" I asked, he nodded and I noticed that he was starting to look uncomfortable
"It isn't anything new Superman." he said, I looked at him in horror "I can show you how to heal he wounds if you like?"
"YES!" I yelled, if I couldn't stop him from getting hurt I could at least help him
"Well Alfred's the better doctor but I know the basics..." he trailed off and ripped the piece of fabric for his arm off his suit. "If the wound isn't too bad and they will be able to survive it without losing too much blood you should clean it first. I just wash it out with water usually," Batman pulled a bottle of water from his belt and poured it over the wound, the water ran red and I noticed bits of debris and dust being pulled out of his flesh and falling down with the water. "Then -depending on the wound but most often- you want a tight bandage to stop blood from getting out but not tight enough to cut circulation, you can usually just use your cloak or suit or whatever is decently clean and lying around." he used the sleeve and wrapped it tightly around his arm "This has worked fine for me until I could get proper help." he said in a voice like we were dicussing how to fix a car.
"... that can't be all." I said
"And it isn't, you should go talk to a doctor if you want actual advise." he advised, I raised an eyebrow
"Really? Name one time you've been to the doctors." I said. Batman paused.
"I'm... not reqiured to answer that." he said. I laughed but he stood up and said "I'm going back to the Batcave." he said and he turned to walk back downstairs,
"Okay." I said and I flew off (after changing back into my super-suit of course)

Batmans P.O.V

J'onn beamed me up to the watch tower and I walked to the bridge, Captain Atom already stood on the platform.
"Unusual thermal and radiation readings have been spoted in a jungel, the countries government won't answer calls, I'm sending you and Captain Atom to check it out." J'onn turned around and said, I nodded
"We can do that." Captain Atom said, we both walked to the Javelin bay.

We stepped out into a clearing in the jungle, the sounds of birds tweeting, water rushing down rivers, the snap of twings, crickets and other insects chirping rushed me, as long as the damp air clinging to my skin inside my suit, the light breeze in the humid air, as well as the quick change from the bright artifical lights of the Javelin to the bright sun streaming down on us, heating up my black suit.

Everything felt wrong, amd I shifted as the fabric of my tight suit caught my skin, I raised my hands to my head and an insect landed on me and I tensed, I didn't like this at all, I- "Are you okay?" Catpain Atom asked and I snapped out of it
"Y-yes." I said, I ignored the discomfort of the various sensations and stepped futher out into the jungle, readying a baterang just in case.

We walked futher in when suddenly some mix of various mutated animals jumped us, it breathed fire through its snake snout then raised it's parrot wings and tried to bat at us. Capatin Atom hit it with a blats of energy and I threw exploding baterang at it but the expolsion only set the creature on me, it couldn't pierce the crocodile hide.

The creature jumped at me but I held it off, it slashed it's razor sharp wings at me but missed, still it managed to bring down a tree and picked it up and put it on top of me, it raised itself to strike but then Catain Atom hit it with a beam again.

I tried to push the tree off me but I must of been tall enough to reach the higest parts of the canopy, which said something here. I groaned and my muscles ached as I pushed it off, I lifted it the final bit and my body cried out in protest.

I dropped the tree and stood up to help Captain Atom. I pulled out a baterang and took a few steps forwards but my vision went blurry and I fell to the ground.

Catain Atoms P.O.V

I spun around as I heard a thump, Batman lay lying on the ground with a baterang a few inches away from his hand. I blasted the monster then flew to Batman and grabbed him, I flew up into the air to get away but the monstor spread its wings amd followed. I tapped my commlink and called the watchtower
"J'ONN! IMMEDIATE PICKUP." I yelled, we were beamed to the watch tower and I quickly ran to the medical bay...

Supermans P.O.V

I got beamed up to the watch tower and started walking to my room when J'onn called out for me, I flew up to the bridge
"Yeah?" I asked J'onn
"Batman passed out again, he is fine but someone needs to stop him from pushing himself too hard again, because of your power and both your secret identities closeness I'm asigning you with him." J'onn said,
"Is he-"
"In the medical wing, yes," J'onn turned back around and focused back on the screens.

I opened the door to the medical wing and saw Batman lying in one of the beds, he looked exausted but as I walked in he immediately said
"I'm fine." I walked over to him,
"It doesn't matter, J'onn wants me with you to stop you form over-exerting yourself." I said, I walked over to him and slung his arm over my shoulder then pulled him out of the bed
"I'm fine." he repeated, I looked at him
"Prove it," I let go of him and he stumbled to the ground and nearly went face first into a wall before I caught him. "Put your weight on me." I said and we started to walked -or limped in his case- towards the bridge and soon J'onn beamed us back to earth.
