By the way the wrist cuff it like what wonder woman has but slightly fatter and less long and more designed for beauty not for usefulness (at first glance anyways)

Batmans P.O.V

I woke up in my chair with a blanket covering me. As I sat up my back cracked and my joints popped satisfingly when I streached, "You can go back to the fight Bruce." Kal said as he flew down from a higher level of the Batcave "But promise me you'll at least sit down for a few minutes if you start feeling tired, and text me." the concern in Kals voice was obvious.
"I'll be fine now Kal," I kissed him, sweet and slow but soft and satisfying
"That's who Kal is!" Dick yelled from one of the mansion entrances
"D-Dick!?! Go to school!" I said and he snickered and ran out. Kal chuckled and hugged me but he noticed me stiffen and pulled away
"I know you're not used to it. Sorry." he said. I took his hand and placed it on my cheak
"For you I'd be willing to try." I said kindly, I looked into Kals sky blue eye-
"THE BATMAN IS SAPPY!!!"
"DICK!!" I yelled, I grappled up and chased him to the elevator.

It closed before I could get him but I distinctly heard
"Barbras going to laugh so hard!"
"DICK!!!!" I yelled
"Let him," Kals reassuring hand sat on my shoulder "They know you, they won't tell anyone else. Their your family, trust them." he gave me one of his sunshine-smiles and I had to return it as I felt like my insides were going soft and melting
"I do, I trust them with my life." I said happily.

Kal pulled his hand back
"I'll be in Metropolis if you need me!" he called, I went to patrol in a good mood that morning. I still didn't take any breaks and kept schedual as normal, but I nearly thought twice about it.

As Alfred drove me home I stared out the window and let my mind drift. I had no idea how to show Kal I loved him. His love-language was obvious touch and I had no idea how to return his gestures. A gift would be easy for any other member: get Flash food or some expensive trophy; get Hawkgirl more training equipment and/or something she could properly test her mace on; J'onn would probably prefer experiences, take him to an amusement park or some place he could learn more about human culture, or somehwere peaceful and quite where he could take a second to slow down and enjoy life; I could buy Ollie more arrows (specially designed with Wayne Tech) or go on a camping trip with him and some bows; I could get Green Lantern... I don't know, maybe a plane; Diana would also enjoy experiences and understanding 'man-kind' better; I could push for more action about dumping garbage into the sea and fishing contol as Bruce Wayne for Aquaman, he doesn't seem to be like the type for gifts; but the million dollar question. What to get Kal?

He'd probably like some childhood photos of me, or memories; he's sentimental. The only problem is I barely have any memories of my childhood before I started training. And talking about the ones I did remember would probably make me cry.

I could get him a jar of Alfreds cookies, but that doesn't seem intimate enough.

A soft toy seems too childish.

Krytonite is the only thing he seems to have a connetion to and it's a bad one. I could get more Kryponite and let him destory it but I was going to do that anyways, I was not letting him get hur-
"I'VE GOT IT!" I yelled out loud "Oh, uh, sorry Alfred."
"No need to worry Master Bruce." Alfred said with a sigh "If you don't mind me asking, what have you gotten?"
"Well, I want to get a gift for Kal- Superman. But I don't know what he likes and whenever I finally figure something out I can't give it." I explained
"Oh, sounds like a real pickle sir. Should I phone Riddler? I hear he's quite smart, locked up or not." Alfred said
"Ha ha." I said sarcastically "But I've got it! I don't want him to get hurt right? So I make him a bracket!"
"A bracklet?" Alfred looked at me in the mirror as if to make sure it was really me.
"Not like a friendship bracklet or anything. If you get specially made sunlamps they can heal him, it doesn't work as well as the actual sun but it would work in bad senarios, like trapped in a space ship -no one would ever think to just take a bracklet off of him! Maybe not a bracklet... a golden wrist cuff made to be practically invulnerable would fit him better. I could add a specially conceled tracking device in the form of a material that admits something tracable so it would leave a trail if he got kidnapped, so we could find him with it too and it wouldn't seem like a tracker just an expensive gift! Even if it got shattered I could still trace it!" I said my thought process out loud
"Very smart sir." Alfred told me. As soon as we got home I ran down to the basement and started working on a prototype.

I had to leave often but I spent every moment of my spare time working on this, within two days I had finished the prototype and after two weeks I had finished the whole thing.

I looked up as I heard Bruces heartbeat nearby
"What was so important you came all the way away from Gotham?" I asked as he stepped out of the shadows.
"I got you a gift." Bruce said, he reached his arm out and the cape fell off his shoulder.

It was beautiful. A wristband or wristcuff of sorts, gold and shiny and well made. I carefully took it but was surprised at how strong it actually was, I gripped my hand on it and managed a decent amout of pressure before I felt I might accidentally damage it. It could probably hold up a building

I slipped it on my right arm and he had matched it to the yellows already on my Supersuit. I looked in the mirror and thought it looked amazing.
"Gold's never been my colour so I barely ever work with it. Like it?" Bruce asked, I heard the hopefulness in his voice
"It's beautiful." I complemented.

I used X-ray vision to see what it was made out of. It had an elegant but strong structured gold design and I noticed several machines and mechanisms I didn't reconise. This was more than just pretty jewellery, "What does it do?" I asked
"Special sun lamps, they won't be as good as an actual yellow sun but in bad senarios they should be able to give you your powers back or temporarily save you from death. Theres also a rare metal that gives of a unique energy signal, it means if you're looking for it you can track it but you wouldn't never think it was anything important otherwise." Bruce explained, "It's water proof and can survive up to golds melting temperature." I saw the button mechanism and touched it.

"Woah," I said and I clicked it off. I knew my eyes were wide and I really wanted to hug Bruce, so much thought had gone into this design. It was comfortable, pretty, and had loads of practical uses.
"You can hug me if y-" Bruce didn't finish the sentance and I was already on him
"Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!" I said "I really love it." I was never taking this off. Lex Luthor and an army of Metallos couldn't make me.

I was already thinking of way to make sure the arms on my Clark Kent outfit never came off, and excuses to wear them in hot whether or other reasons you should go short sleeves. Lois had chewed me out for professionalism enough, at least it could help me this time.
